You may email them directly indicating the possible dates you plan to stay, as rates are also dependent on the dates/season. Hi Frederick! Thank you for watching my video! With regards to your query, yes, they had housekeeping services when we stayed in their hotel. Upon check-in, they actually asked us if we needed cleaning services during our stay. When we said we didn't, they gave us a voucher (I think worth JPY500 if I'm not mistaken) as a token which we used in convenience stores. For long-staying guests, I think they have a twice-a-week housekeeping schedule. I hope I was able to answer your query. But knowing the limited land area in major cities of Japan, it would be a real luxury to have it. And if there is even a space available, I think the hotels would opt for an onsen than a pool. THAT would be great! 😊
