Me too .😂 ... the look on Frasier's face is so funny. Frasier and Niles play off of each other so well. Good of Kelsey to share the laughs. PEACE to ALL ... and STAY SAFE and HEALTHY.
Indeed! The silent bits where he does Chaplineque comedy all by himself (the one with the scissors and the ironing board come to mind) are some of the best!
Most sitcom writers would have gone for a brother who was the polar opposite of Frasier; instead the Frasier writers gave him a brother who was even more fussy and uptight than he was.
Listen, van we *All* just take a moment and appreciate Daphne explaining sports to Niles in a way he understands; Opera metaphors and all that cute jazz??? Because I will, regardless who else does or doesn't, and that's the end of that
The first bit was utterly hilarious. For a moment, Frasier was in a manly moment and Niles hit him and he became his usual pompous eccentric self and they both ran like girls.
“You tell right away the man isn’t good in bed. I mean he’s so cautious, look at the way he is blowing on his coffee.” *looks at Niles* “I wasn’t trying to cool it. I was simply blowing a foam hole…” “You don’t even wrinkle the sheets do you?~” :0
Niles: "Excuse me?" Fraiser: "There are plenty of other restaurants in this city! We can find somewhere where we don't need a reservation!" Niles: *slaps Frasier* Frasier: "Thank you, Niles." I wonder how many takes they did of that. 😂😂😂😂😂😂
My quintessential memory of this show is Frasier quipping something (like “guilty as charged”) and looking so smug hearing the sound his own witty high-browy voice.
I think in her subconsciousness she was in love with him long before she finally admitted it as you stated there are little snippets through out the series earlier that prove it not to sound like a psychiatrist but because of the stations in each of their lives she didn't think she was worthy of him
I have all the DVDs, but it’s wonderful to have this little refresher course. I had completely forgotten that Karen (Megan Mullally from Will & Grace) was in one of the episodes 5:30
DHP's reaction where he says "Frost Me Like A Cake!" is accompanied by a maniacal cackle reminiscent of the late great Larry Linville from "MASH!"😂🤣😂🎤👨⚕️📺B.W.
Amazing series and writing. That, for me, far excelled when compared to Cheers for example. The producers admit being able to keep the writing good and fresh by the constant change of writers over the 11 series. Yet, that in itself is no small feat of genius and to keep the similar style, humor and technique. I, never tire of watching this gem every few years. A true masterpiece that all involved can be proud of. PS: I could not give a rats ass what anyone comments contrary to this.. It is laughable you swabs think what you say can matter to me, comical. I generally respond to main articles only saps. 👍👍🤣🤣👏👏😜😜👀👀✌✌
Also "Wings" as well. Played someone who was nearly the diametric opposite of "Karen Walker." Crushed on her for two simple words: "New Hampshire"!😂🛫💃📺B.W.
Daphne played so hard to get for so long for the sole purpose of the show preserving the funny moments of Niles acting ridiculously in crush for her for as long as it could.
All British accents were pretty bad on Frasier. Even Daphne didn't sound Mancunian. Her brother Simon was supposed to be from Manchester and spoke in a bad cockney lol
