I can understand your pain bro. Raise a complaint on portal. If the ticket is closing without concern or resolution, you can raise level 2 followed by level 3. If the bank does not helps, then check with RBI providing all proofs.

@@chiragbari5634 already raised the complaint to the nodal officer and their other email id but there is no response. RBI ombudsman is totally a useless thing try once you come to know government employees are sitting there just passing time.
