Kyonki aam aadmi to bhole hote hain unko jyada kuch nhi pata hota.... Govt saare sanity checks kar sakti hai plus unko power bhi hota hai.... Ravinder Singh ji, aap sab jo is field mein hai, milkar officers se aur jo tehsil me kaam karte hai aise builders ko black list karke teshil ke notice Board par block letters mein, paste karwa de, jiss se wahaan genuine buyer's and seller's both is cheating se bach sake Or dupe na ho apne hard earned money ka.

Mai ludhiana se hu bahut jagah property dekhi Mohali mein lekin kucch nahin bana. Sir muje east facing plot chahiye 125 gaj ya 150 gaj .ap ke through hi lange ab .pl batayen .mai rtd govt employee hun .mera bajt plot ke liye 40 ka hai

A friend told me about his plan to buy plot based on EOI from investor and builder has not yet even got CLU? I suggested Better buy at higher rate than giving 75% till rera without written guarantee from direct builder. Even frauds happen with white payments to investors and builders as it is visible here. Dealer apani cash payment pehle leta hai fir ghumte raho. 😭😭😭😭

SSA paaji, I am Mrs. Kalsi from Gujarat. Do you make videos out side Punjab? I am also a target of builder in Gujarat who showed (sample house) me A class Villa and after upon receipt of my unit found compound wall, floor broken within 2/3 months, plumbing accessories substandard, electric wiring unorganised. Running after builder since last 3 yrs but no solution. Paaji we are at the age of retirement and have invested our hard earned money but now have been cheated. Since January -2022 complaint raised with Rera but are giving date upon date no solution till date. RERA is for builders not for buyers. Please help us, very depressed spending sleepless nights, my husband had angioplasty surgery and is heart patient my self having acute Pancreatitis . Have already spend 50K running after RERA.
