There's something so wonderful and ritualistic in restringing a guitar. Younger players usually hate it because it's a pain in the neck because it takes time to stretch the strings and tuning will be variable, but us older players look forward to fresh tone and better bending as well as subtle excitement because there is something coming that both of you together will need to be at your best. Thanks for putting that in a video. These are are the little things you do that keep me watching.
I think this song has the best melodies you've written after The New Part. Both make me nostalgic about times I never lived, and made me just freeze for a while when I first heard them. Oh and the rhythm sections just broke my back. Too heavy. Need hospital.

One of my absolute favorite players, also, that individualized string vibrato bridge? How cool is that? Also, that 8 string is awesome, the only 8 with a Floyd and TT frets, I just need them to make it in dark brown stain, as I can't do black guitars, they kind of look like a block of plastic to me 😁
I get what you mean about all black guitars. I once had a cheap Ibanez that was all black, I just hit that baby with a sander until the wood showed, actually sounded better after that too!

Aside from the obvoious 9-string tomphoolery (of a brand that shall remain unnamed), this is freakin' awesome! This track, the part at 3:28 in particular, also illustrates you don't need to turn the gain knob to 11 to sound totally metal. I think I may have said it before in the comments to another video, but I would love to see how you produce songs from start to finish. Maybe a youtube live stream or something. That Tremologic is indeed a great toy and you incorporate it wonderfully :) But I am concerned about those extra low notes that seem to go beyond the range of the 8-string at 0:57 - is that a 9-string that doesn't show up in the video?
