Fred Lagno is a lifelong model railroader who has built a beautiful HO Layout around his Allegheny Central Railroad. Based in a fictional setting, but gaining inspiration from the railroads of Western Maryland in the late 70's, Fred's railroad comes alive through the pages of his book "Changes". In person his modeling is a sight to behold! Come along and learn the history of Fred Lagno, his railroad and his love of trains as we take a closer look at his life and his awe inspiring layout!
