I'm an airline pilot and I've worn my Lucchese Classic domingo goat ropers every working day since 1998, when I bought them as a treat for myself in celebration of making Captain. They've been back to the factory once for a rebuild, and I've resoled them twice. I bought them then for around $200. The rebuild was around $100 in 2003. I get them shined in Mexico City every month for $2, and soak them in Bickmore 4 between shines. These boots are lifetime friends, and my feet are at home in them.
