This is a walkthrough of "Freddi Fish 1: The Case of the Missing Kelp Seeds." This was the first HE game to use hand-drawn graphics. This game was released for the PC in 1994, and it was released for the PC again in 1995, 1998, 2002, and 2008. There is also a Nintendo Wii version of this game released in 2008. For this walkthrough, I collected some purple sea urchins I needed, found some clues to find Grandma Grouper's kelp seeds, spent time clicking on a few click-points on some screens, and more. The soundtrack of this game is good, a few cursor graphics are different, and the voice acting is really amazing. That's all I have to say. Enjoy!

This was my favorite one as a kid. I always called it "Freddi Fish Kelp Treasure" cause I liked the sound of "kelp treasure" better than "kelp seeds"

Some may say it is not but i really think these type of educational games literally grows you to be a good person and being positive in horrendous situations. My childhood decorated with games like this. I recall them happily. I mean, even the way of saying 'purple sea urchin' is enjoyable lot.

I completely agree! Edutainment adventure games like this can be essential for building problem-solving skills, confidence, etc. In fact, educational and edutainment PC games were excellent to play in my childhood, this is particularly an excellent point-and-click adventure game for kids, which I had back in the early 2000s, even though I used to play the demo version of it via the Let's Explore the Airport With Buzzy the Knowledge Bug disc on an HP Pavilion desktop PC with Windows XP Home Edition on it back in 2002, alongside other demo versions of Humongous Entertainment games like Putt-Putt Saves the Zoo. My dad and I even remember those HE characters. Those games were fun back in the day, and to this day, they still are. Great memories!

Oh my... My dad had the cd for this game when I was really young-under 10yo young. I knew there was a game about some fish but I never remembered the name of the game. I thought it was finding Nemo and I was wrong, but as soon as I started watching the video all the memories came back. I could recall the scenes and recognize the sound effects. As a non-native English speaker (I'm Korean) I couldn't have possibly understood all the conversations. Although, I was deep into games and very much used to escape room flash games. That is probably how I progressed the game, but I never finished it though. As a grown up it is fascinating looking back to my oldest memories; I cannot believe that after all the years I clearly remember the two words "jellyfish sandwich".

34:32 You can also see if you're clicking on that circle. Then, It shows Putt-Putt saying ''I'm going to the zoo'' and It's foreshadows Putt-Putt Saves The Zoo. Well, Putt-Putt Saves The Zoo was released a few months later and released around Spring of 1995. Freddi Fish and the Case of the Missing Kelp Seeds was released around Fall of 1994.

Yeah, but I didn't bother to show that Putt-Putt animation in this walkthrough video. I believe it's because back then, I never knew it existed in this game. Well, at least WindowsTV showed it in a separate video almost a year after I recorded and uploaded this walkthrough of this game, although it had a "zoom in" video effect added to show the same Putt-Putt clickpoint from up-close.

@@CEO100able I also saw it. Because It's foreshadows Putt-Putt Saves The Zoo. Putt-Putt Saves The Zoo is also released the same year as Junior Field Trip games. But, You can also see on the billboard in Putt-Putt Saves The Zoo after Putt-Putt leaving from Mr. Baldini (who also seen in Putt-Putt Joins The Parade and reappeared in Putt-Putt Enters The Race and again in Putt-Putt Pep's Birthday Surprise) and if you clicking on the billboard and you'll the ''Try it! Freddi Fish and the Case of Missing Kelp Seeds'' and also Buzzy The Knowledge Bug promoting his games (The Farm, The Airport and The Jungle). The early Freddi Fish made also an cameo appereances in Putt-Putt Saves The Zoo. Also, Freddi Fish and Luther made also an cameo appereances in Putt-Putt Saves The Zoo that they saved Putt-Putt from underwater who get stucked in an whirlpool. Freddi Fish and the Case of Missing Kelp Seeds was already released when Putt-Putt Saves The Zoo came out.

King crabs castle. My stupid ass back when I was 3-5 y/o always thought the final bottle would be at the castle even when I would go to the caves and find out that it’s dark inside. I loved the caves when they were going to have the last bottle because the sunken ship music would start playing when I put the glowing shell away in the caves
