Me to. I feel the same. This is something beyond our world. This is original and lovely. This album they created is pure gold. I love this album of them since i was a kid.. This is priceless
Only Freddie Mercury had the audacity, vision and sheer bloody talent to pull this off - uniting two titans from genres practically at opposite ends of the musical spectrum. Who could've ever known that their talents would unite so perfectly? How Can I Go On still sends shivers down my spine...
Freddie is not only a rock star, the best voice ever or the best frontman, the best singer He is not even a legend or God THERE ARE STARS, LEGENDS AND THEN THERE IS FREDDIE MERCURY 🥰🥰🥰 HE IS SIMPLY THE HUMAN EMBODIMENT OF MUSIC 😍😍
I am extremely sorrowful that I never got the chance to see Freddie perform live (a massive understatement). To have shared time on this Earth with Freddie in his prime is, to me, the greatest consolation, however. I pity those too young to remember the Freddie we loved 💔 and admired though they at least have all the recordings. Freddie was like Da Vinci in his quest for perfection, unique approach and extensive talent. Freddie made us happy and still does. In his immense suffering and subsequent untimely death Freddie surely opened many hearts and minds? I think he was instrumental in furthering understanding of HIV and AIDS and that our collective love of Freddie helped pave and pay the way to the better place we are in relative to that disease and the disease of ignorance. God bless you Freddie. I miss you every time I hear your music which is nearly every day.
Mercury had the most beautiful, powerful and influenced voice of all time. Freddie Mercury will be remembered of. For all generations to come. He is a legend that will never be forgotten and that will never be replaced. "Viva La Mercury!"... "Viva Queen!"
This is truly one of the most beautiful songs I’ve ever heard. This is the song we will all hear as we approach the pearly gates, sung out by 2 angels. R.I.P Freddie R.I.P Montserrat
Agreed. Absolutely breathtaking!! I hope it's what we hear as we enter heaven's gates. More than anyone else who has lived on this earth, Freddie Mercury is who I most look forward to meeting in the afterlife.
I wasn't a fan of rock and roll and Queen but when I heard this song I became and instant fan of Freddie Mercury. I think he put into songs what he was feeling during the last years of his life. He was lonely though very famous and had millions of fans. I think he was reaching out to his creator with this song.
@@vesivasileva7662I think Freddie didn't have to repend for anything, he was sweet, honest, sincere soul that God has sent us to understand what true love and open heart is. His voice was divine and still is a connection to higher power. We can all learn a lot from him.
To sing along to a very experienced soprano singer as Montserrat Caballe without be eaten/obscured by her powerful voice, it only shows the versatility and competence of Freddie Mercury as a musician...............
Because he was not only the best rock star or best frontman with stage presence and charisma... He had the best voice in music history 🥰🥰🥰 Sometimes his abilities as a showman obscured his vocal abilities to people... But here he shows what he could really do with that diamond voice 🥰🥰 FREDDIE IS NOT "QUEEN" OF ROCK, BEST FRONTMAN OR SHOWMAN EVER, HE IS NOT A SINGER, AN AMAZING VOICE... HE IS NOT EVEN A LEGEND OR A GOD😎😎😎 SIMPLY FREDDIE IS THE MUSIC 😍😍😍🥰🥰🥰 THERE ARE STARS, LEGENDS AND THEN THERE IS FREDDIE MERCURY 😎😎😎
Thank God for things like youtube for allowing generation after generation for hearing seeing and understand what a musical genius these two were. Freddie knew his days were numbered and this is so evident in the words and melodies he wrote. So beautiful it gives me the chills. RIP both of you. God Bless.
The people who knew him said that his voice actually got BETTER when he was sick. I think it’s because he knew his time was up and he wanted to give as much of himself as he could. Maestro…l
So called 'crossover' between 'classical' and rock/pop/soul has never worked this well since as it was done from such an honest and sincere starting point. They're both now in a better place...
Hey Debbie enjoy listening to all the fabulous music Freddie gave us i to feel pain that he went to soon but bless him i believe hes at peace so please you take care and try look up see nature and and trust in another day il say prayers for you and keep you in my heart xxx
I never thought this duet Will gonna be happen...Rock singer and Opera singer... together on the stage.... genius Freddy... great done....!!!you are the legend of all time....
Breathtaking!! There will never be another Freddie Mercury. So ahead of his time, what a Voice!!! Tear Jerker, nothing gives me more goosebumps than hearing him sing!! Amazing!!
This is such a beautiful arrangement by Freddie and this awesome opera star. It was truly a dream of Freddie’s to sing with her. Beautiful words. Love hearing it over snd over again.
Most beautiful duet ever. He wanted to sing with her for a long time. It was magic. Freddie joked that Montserrat was now a rock star. Beats all of her duets with opera singers. I think of her Ethereal voice now. It was gorgeous. Because I was a fan of Montserrat I became a fan of Freddie. I read her biography and decided to check out Freddie. I think this duet will live forever. The beauty of their voices knows no match.
The most powerful man in music history..... From the year he found out, to the year he died... Still putting on the great show. Untill the curtains called him home. He lives on, He lives a legend, He lives On in Infamy......He lives on in peace.
Quelle merveille unique, dont le temps ne marquera jamais son empreinte… Freddy est irremplaçable, d’un talent fou avec une personnalité incroyable !! God bless you🙏🙌🌈🌹♥️💙 J adooorrre inlassablement
I never listened to opera in my life. But Montserrat pairing with Freddie is like a dream! They fill my soul with so much joy I can't help but cry every time! The most beautiful music I ever heard.
all the negative comments are just defensive mechanisms built to cope with the loss of dear freddie. the sense of the loss of such a beautiful voice cuts deep into the soul..
Wow, what a voice! It's not so noticeable in his performances with Queen, but hearing him here I realize he could've easily be an opera singer, had he wanted to.
As others in this comment section have said already, this song is so divinely beautiful, the voices of Freddie and Montserrat so heavenly, there simply are no descriptive words to do either justice. I would find it difficult to even imagine any music more blissful than this created to welcome souls leaving this earth and entering the afterlife.
Two beautiful souls who couldn't be more different and unique and yet come together in a most amazing and perfect way. Hope they are together again in Heaven making beautiful music with all the angels.
Spent hours today listening to Montserrat videos from early in her career - now this, again. I'm thrilled the Diva fulfilled his dream and collaborated with Freddie Mercury. It's beyond beautiful. Especially noticing the bass of John Deacon, Freddie's Queen brother adds deeply to awakened satisfying emotions. This music is a blessing forever, I'm sure. Prayers they know that.
