It's funny how you judge someone on how they act. Its a job. I'm guilty as well. I couldn't believe how much I liked this guy after listening to this. And also. Mehta a friggin life he gets to live. I think connor could work his way up from a Mendes take down, he seemed to get up quickly when Dennis Siver took him down (even though Siver isnt on chads level) but I guess we will have to see who Connor fights first off. who ever it is im still excited for ufc 189, pretty stacked card.

I laugh at Aldo trying to get sparing partners to replicate the Kings style, Conor has a unique style you can't replicate it, the guy aldo brought in is a karate based fighter but he lacks the boxing skills Conor possesses, he was an Irish National Boxing champion before he even started MMA, and you have Conor's unique kicks, karate, taekwondo, and capoeira skills, not to mention his mastery of human movement, Conor is on a whole new level right now.

Well Chad has faced much harder competition who he's actually knocked out quite about on top of bein a wrestler at first then finding his niche in striking later in his career versus Conor who was primarily a boxer from the jump, so it's not much of a fair assessment !

Well first off, he has finished everyone he's faced in the first round except for Holloway and Siver and let's be honest he was playing with Siver. He was dominating Holloway standing up until he tore his fucking ACL and then still managed to win on the ground with 1 working leg. And let's keep in mind that Holloway just finished Cub in his prime and Conor dominated Holloway in their fight.

Conor is not hype. The push is heavy, but Conor is legit. Tired of Schaub questioning his jiu jitsu. Eddie Bravo mentioned seeing Conor roll and was impressed, he trains with Gunnar Nelson, SBG head coach specialty is jiu jitsu. I am not saying Conor will for sure win, but the hype is real. I follow smaller promotions, when I saw Conor vs Dave Hill, and Ivan Buchinger I immediately called all my friends told them to watch this kid he is a future contender. If anyone at the moment has a chance of dethroning Aldo it is Mcgregor.

jandrmayers Forgot to add will take Bravo's opinion over any Gracie or anyone connected to a Gracie ; ). Lol. Real talk though there is a Gracie Barra in my area, there fees are outrageous. Only one no gi class a week, yet they charge you full fees even if that is all you plan on attending. Not to mention their fees are outrageous.

Really surprised how they tried comparing European boxing to American boxing wen Europe has way better fighters and leaps and bounds more advanced and technical, Americans like the hard hitters, they haven't dominated the sport since the Tyson days, and floyd dominated but was very aware who to fight and wen to fight I think him not taking the manny fight wen both were in their peaks takes him out the running to be greatest ever

Brendan says that chad mendes hits harder, I don't believe that. First off Chad Mendes has a wrestling background and he's smaller. Conor has a boxing background and he has crazy big arms for his weightclass. So Conor should have better boxing technique and therefore hit harder plus the fact that he's stronger. I would definitely say that Mendes is a lot more explosive tho and speed = power. I think explosiveness is better for landing knockouts then pure power, but don't get it twisted Conor hits harder.
