This sculpt of Freddie Prinze Jr took 1 hr 20 mins, and later retopologized and refining at a life-sized scale for the turntable renders.
This was a commissioned sculpt so I won't be sharing the project file but I hope the process demonstrated in the video is helpful to anyone striving to capture a character's likeness.
