Freddie you made me happy in my younger years. You made me laugh, you made me cry with laughter. You will.always be remembered as the legend you were and always will be. R.I.P my good man.
One of the funniest, most talented, and unpredictable stars ever, has sadly passed away after fading into obscurity. Treated shamefully after his death, R I P Freddie, god bless x
I spent my teenage years splitting my sides with laughter watching Freddie on tv. It's a diabolical shame that entertainment today has become shallow, with disposable two minutes of fame without a comedian to match Freddie Starrs class.
😃The man was a comedy genius. Rip Freddie. It’s a tragedy that you was not given more support by your peers through the hard times. Gone, but never forgotten.
RIP to a truly talented man. You made my mum laugh she saw you numerous times so now she can laugh with you in heaven. God bless and keep the laughter going in heaven xx
@@sheilaraeburn9636 He was stitched up? Stitched up by who? And what exactly is this _"'paedo vibe"_ of yours Ms Raeburn? Presumably it has nothing to do with the *fact* that he lost his court case against the lady who accused him of sexually molesting her when she was a child? Or the *fact* that he wasn't allowed to see *any* of his own 11 grandchildren without first applying for, and obtaining a court supervision order? Documented *facts* are just that. They can't _'stitch up'_ anyone, regardless of any nonsense the gutter press chooses to print about celebrities. I don't know if you're familiar with the writings of ancient Greek fabulist, Aesop? (I suspect not). But he once said; _"A man is known by the company he keeps"._ Yet your "paedo vibe"_ clearly doesn't take into account the fact that off-screen, Freddie's very closest inner circle of friends included Max Clifford, Jimmy Savile, Doug Slade, Jim Davidson, Cyril Smith, Jonathan King, Stuart Hall and Bernard Manning. With all due respect Ms Raeburn, you're clearly either very very naive... or very very stupid!
@@DrAnne-mc8er 2 weeks ago I found an escaped staffie who's name just happened to be blue, got in touch with the police and got him scanned by a local vet so found his owner, cooincindence that a troll of your name goes for me. I am a kind intuitive person, I knew blue was a kind dog so helped him. Freddie was no nonce. I know that instinctively too. Blue sent me a card to thank me with his paw print in it. Amazing synchronicity.
I actually started watching a lot of his old stuff a few weeks ago. Hadn't watched them in ywars & forgot how funny he was. Also a beautiful singer. RIP
This was when comedians truly made you really belly laugh. He was the very best at it. The very strange thing about comedy now, is that its not very funny at all.
martin lynn wasting your time arguing with millennials. They don’t have a clue about comedy or good music come to that. They just whinge, whine and get offended by everything.
Freddie was a handsome bloke, and great legs too! An adorable, naughty rascal, but SO funny and talented xx God Bless ya Liverpool Lad, from a Liverpool Lass xx
Freddie l saw you live at the Britania pier in Yarmouth in the 90s at a time in my life when l couldnt have been emotionally lower than l was , you brought me back to life mate and made me realise l could live and laugh again it was a night l shall never forget and my sides never recovered from the laughter you made , only Liverpool could produce a comedian like you , rest in peace Freddie we will never forget the fun and laughter
What a voice Freddie had ...... wowwww ..... and in those days the didn’t have the technology to play with his voice auto tune ... same as many 80s singers that’s why 80s music is so good 😊..... rip freddie
We saw him at Blackpool tower years ago the first Hall was hilarious & the second half of the show was him sing his tribute to Elvis and he was a bloody good singer .
Literally willing to put his neck on the line for laughs (insane), could have broken his neck falling off the chair, funny, you never knew what he was going to do, Legend.
Freddie Starr was fantastic.i needed to ware a baby nappy every time I watched him especially when he did his Elvis impression and his Scottish impression just made me piss my self with laughter Freddie Starr was genius? The press should be a shamed of what they did this greatest funnyest comdien.godbless you Freddie you now shine from the heavens above you will never be forgotten!
Freddie Starr in the 70’s was basically the best, most naturally funny, and gifted Comedian this country had. He was unpredictable, borderline insane, but that’s why you watched him, because you were never really sure what was going to happen on stage.
He was the Elvis Presley of comedy but had a serious singing talent, which is where it all started for this legend. BBC messed his life up,gutter broadcasting. R.i.p Freddie
Hi Paperchain. Yes. He did a less messy version of the same skit on Who Do You Do? It’s on here. It was like something Vic Reeves and Bob Mortimer would have done.
Freddie dressed as Fanny making the cake!.....OMG!!! It was just like TISWAS...What an absolute laugh 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 and the guys in the orchestra pit with their umbrellas, one of them had a hard construction hat on...I miss this kind of TV!! 😥😥 RIP to a man I watched as a kid..he'll be sadly missed...love ya Freddie xxxx
How Freddie could fall and not hurt himself for sure legs had mind of their own. Brilliant singer and comedian. Sad that mainstream news and media little mention off his passing. Latter PC brigade ought to be ashamed it a disgrace. R.I.P dear Freddie. One in a million. Thank you for belly aching laughter.
The people who watched, and laughed, and those who made fame, and a lot of money through the great Freddie Starr is unbelievable! What a great British comic and hero to many! YET the British media expose him as something he never was..... and yet this Hero of a man, was buried like a homeless man, and not ONE famous person to be seen in sight!!!!! Where was Des O'Connor? Where was Vanessa Feltz? Where was Robson? Where were all the famous people that loved Freddie, and those who Freddie MADE famous??? ALL because they were influenced by the SH*T that the media say about him!!!!!???? DISGRACEFUL!! They were NOT at the funeral, and they should ALL be ashamed of themselves!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! RIP Freddie YOU LEGEND!!!
I am Scottish but laughed so much even though total nonsense from you as Scotsman. Latter is what makes you Freddie a Starr. RIP. Never see the likes again. One in a million. Sad time. Aye so it is.
Will they do a tribute to him on telly and show all these funny clips .it's what we all need a good laugh. I do hope so .we have to put up with these so called foul mouth comedians now who get away with saying all sorts .
