With vigil you can reduce the cool down of exhaustion by 20%, including your own This means that those perks at tier 3 activate every 32 seconds instead of every 40 seconds At tier 2 every 40 seconds instead of every 50, making them equal to tier 3 At tier 1 every 48 seconds instead of every 60, making them slightly better than tier 2 (50 seconds) Thus it’s not bad, just situational, with some luck and skill you could get a second sprint burst or dead hard Also it stacks so you could decrease the time to 8 seconds (80% reduction on exhaustion time) if you get within 8 meters of the other 3 survivors if all of them have tier 3 vigil equipped, including you.

Vigil is only good with exhaustion perks pretty much, you can run it when you and your friends are screwing around and using Dead Hard a lot.

iCoolflame _567 it literally does NOTHING that the hooks can move. The killer can just hit the survivor from any angle. Have you ever even experienced face camping? The killer can hit you from anywhere on the hook. Btw the devs aren't the best devs so the moving hook is kinda pointless.

How vergil works: if you have dead hard tear 3 and vergil tear 3 you will recover from exhaustion 20% faster than you normally do same thing with the doctors addons ect.

spine chill is a lot better now since you get more skill checks when he's looking at you so you can miss a skill check right in front of him and get some distance
