And Freddy what is a fountain (Center) Jet d'eau, (Geneva, Switzerland) Clockwise from top right (1) Fontana di Trevi (Rome) (2) Place de la Concorde (Paris) (3) Fountain in the Garden of Versailles (Versailles) (4) The Hundred Fountains, Villa d'Este (Tivoli, Italy) (5) Fuente de los Leones, (The Alhambra, Granada) (6) Fountain in St. Peter's Square (Rome) (7) Samson and the Lion fountain (Peterhof, St. Petersburg, Russia) (8) Dubai Fountain (Dubai) A fountain, from the Latin "fons" (genitive "fontis"), meaning source or spring, is a decorative reservoir for discharging water into a basin to supply drinking water. It is also a structure that jets water into the air for a decorative or dramatic effect. Fountains were originally purely functional, connected to springs or aqueducts and used to provide drinking water and water for bathing and washing to the residents of cities, towns and villages. Until the late 19th century most fountains operated by gravity, and needed a source of water higher than the fountain, such as a reservoir or aqueduct, to make the water flow or jet into the air. In addition to providing drinking water, fountains were used for decoration and to celebrate their builders. Roman fountains were decorated with bronze or stone masks of animals or heroes. In the Middle Ages, Moorish and Muslim garden designers used fountains to create miniature versions of the gardens of paradise. King Louis XIV of France used fountains in the Gardens of Versailles to illustrate his power over nature. The baroque decorative fountains of Rome in the 17th and 18th centuries marked the arrival point of restored Roman aqueducts and glorified the Popes who built them.[1] By the end of the 19th century, as indoor plumbing became the main source of drinking water, urban fountains became purely decorative. Mechanical pumps replaced gravity and allowed fountains to recycle water and to force it high into the air. The Jet d'Eau in Lake Geneva, built in 1951, shoots water 140 metres (460 ft) in the air. The highest such fountain in the world is King Fahd's Fountain in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, which spouts water 260 metres (850 ft) above the Red Sea.[2] Fountains are used today to decorate city parks and squares; to honor individuals or events; for recreation and for entertainment. A splash pad or spray pool allows city residents to enter, get wet and cool off in summer. The musical fountain combines moving jets of water, colored lights and recorded music, controlled by a computer, for dramatic effects. Fountains can themselves also be musical instruments played by obstruction of one or more of their water jets. Drinking fountains provide clean drinking water in public buildings, parks and public spaces.
I think it depends on the animatronic, I always saw them as capable of ripping humans aparts if they wanted to, but looking back now, children could destroy mangle without any effort, so not all of them could, I think that while the FNAF1's could rip humans in two, the toy animatronics could be dismantled and pieced back together, and the Whitered ones probably were even stronger than the fnaf1 ones but were more sensitive to light so it depends on the endo. These animatronic seems to have different and unique endo-skeletons, some are like the originals and some are like the toys, I think that while Freddy is like a Fnaf1 og, chica seems to have the resistance and power of a toy, Monty seems to be as strong as a whitered animatronic, Roxy I don't really know but she's definitely stronger than a Toy animatronic
@@hihowareya5343 I mean it looks like, but it's canon that Monty is stronger and chica is weaker than the others, but how? unless it's the same thing as fnaf 1 where they say that Foxy can run unlike the others bc he has a lighter endo-skeleton, despite they all having the same, heck scott even removed bonnie running down the hallway for that to make sense, then slap the same endo-skeleton model for all of them
@☆Epic name☆ I doubt it. He doesn’t mention anything about their badly battered state. He seems more focused on protecting Gregory. He never said that Gregory couldn’t do anything to hurt them, he just said that he himself cannot do so or refuses to do so. But yet again for Gregory it’s either attack or be killed. What else would he have done? Freddy seems to realize his friends are no longer the same but he seemed in denial about it until the end.
I like how Freddy is initially almost oblivious to where the claws could have come from, then Gregory's slip-up regarding Roxanne's eyes catches him off-guard, and with Chica he can immediately tell that something is afoot. He sounds content, possibly unaware how Monty _lost his entire bottom half,_ then he just makes sure Roxanne's okay (and completely trusts Gregory!), and tries to approach the situation with Chica as calmly as possible. He's aware of Gregory's less-than-favourable circumstances, but definitely did not expect Gregory to be so desperate for help, that the boy would steal the body parts of what he thought were decommissioned bots, who'll be found and fixed later. I also like how Gregory omits the truth in a way any kid would, when questioned by their parent, not necessarily lying, because there _was_ an accident at the race track, which was completely out of his control, Chica _did_ fall into the garbage compressor thing, and all the animatronics are still _functional_ despite the events. Gregory's only input was desperate attempts to save his own life, be it by trying to stun the others, force them to break open a path for him, or at least temporarily immobilise them. After _they_ sought him out for most of the Night, mocking him, trying to lie to him, threatening him, chasing him, only ever snapping out of their homicidal frenzy to talk to themselves or Freddy. It's good stuff, you can hear not only Gregory's light stumbles in speech, when he tries to spin the situation in a way that won't make him look bad, and Freddy's excitement at what he can do now, but also the former's genuine audible remorse and attempts at soothing the latter's concern for his friends. Freddy also doesn't continue to question Gregory as to _why_ he took his friends' body parts in the first place. Going into morbid theory territory here, but perhaps swapping upgrades is normal for the animatronics ‐ maybe they sometimes borrowed Bonnie's arms that he uses for bowling, or passed around Roxy's eyes to locate a lost kid. But that may as well be just dumb speculation, as upgrades clearly take a lot of careful work, and wouldn't be that easy to do willy-nilly, without someone attacking the other for being careless. Then again, there were probably trained employees taking care of that.
For Roxy it was really by accident and for Monty it was definitely self defense, but Chica ? That was first degree cold blood, he actively killed her for her body part.
@@mikedawolf95 He was arrogant, unlike Roxy who was insecure about being Foxy's replacement, Monty never questioned being a replacement. One of his dialogue lines basically says he considers himself handsome. Unlike Chica who is food driven, and Roxy who is desperate to prove itself, Monty actually believes he's hot shit. Honestly that's why I like him the most out of the new animatronics other than Glamrock Freddy.
Especially when the only animatronic on your side doesn’t seem to have a buff. Well he can r u n but not with Gregory inside. Wouldn’t want him to turn into a “human pretzel”.
I mean he could just stay in one spot with freddy and everything would be fine. That actually made me think that it was the Gregory who was the secret super villain the entire game
@@notrius7754 what about: Vanny/ Vanessa, the animatronics and the security bots that check all the locations randomly? if he stayed in one spot he was going to be found
@@theflaminglitten-fo6jd What about freddys room? Even if someone's was going to check it he could have simply hide inside the Freddys chest like he does every fucking 5 seconds
Gregory is in his right since its basically kill or be killed around there but it still felt so chilly to see how easily he lies. Especially for a kid.
he didn't really lie besides the chica part since he intentionally made a trap for her but i guess u could say he simply didn't want freddy to know the terrible outcome of his friends
Freddy just warms my heart. He cares about his friends and his new friend. He doesn't blame the animatronics themselves because he knows they think something is alerting. This game shows the most empathy in a robot. Some may think otherwise, but this just adds more into what the lore is
I’m just sad for Gregory to be honest? Some people are saying he’s a bad person for doing all this, but he’s a child, alone and scared and probably just as disturbed as us by all the things happening around him. Like oh, this robot that’s been trying to kill me for hours is damaged, might as well take this part to update my only friend here to maybe help me get out of this hell alive. How is that ill-meaning? And his lying to Freddy is far from great, but again, he’s a child, probably afraid of getting in trouble or losing his only ally. I don’t blame him, poor kid... on the other hand, Freddy being worried for his friends is pretty heart wrenching. No one’s having a good time, huh... except Moon, maybe. Moon is vibing.
Honestly I'm more surprised Freddy didn't have ill intent to monty for being Bonnie's replacement (and is currently trying to take his spot as the leader of the show)
Yeah he’s a child. He didn’t really lie fully to Freddy but Freddy does seem to be more concerned about Gregory than the others as he doesn’t really comment anything about their state, and in the Afton ending it seems like Freddy has known that something was always wrong and that he may not be able to protect his friends but he can protect Gregory. He also helped Gregory fend off the others. Sure he seems worried for his other friends but he seems to have realized they aren’t the same. He realized Gregory has a higher chance of making it out alive. He knows he can protect him and he wants to.
All 3 deaths Monty:thrown over by a large canister of ball pit balls Roxxane: car crash(also one of the funniest scene In the whole game IN MY OPINION) Chica: smashed by a garbage smasher
Wasn’t the third one hear no evil? I think that the achievement just made reference to the 3 wise monkeys because after that point in the game, Chica never spoke again to alert the player whenever she’s in the room
Freddy: My hand a different, where did you get these parts? Gregory: *I'D RATHER NOT SAY.* Also Gregory: *HE DOESN'T KNOW AND ID RATHER NOT TELL HIM.* Freddy: *hOw FoRtUnAtE*
@@gonzaloandroid6428 I always wonder what did happen to glamrock Bonnie did he malfunctioned on stage so badly they had to move him to a separate stage in Bonnie bowling(because there is a stage with close curtains that say out of service) I think it has something to do with the note that mentions him going to different places and we now he is still there because in the note it mentions monty's gator golf witch was built after he's raplacement
I’m still astonished that freddy’s voice actor also plays sundrop/moon Freddy is so sweet man, he cares about everyone Oh, and the woman who played Gregory plays vanny and roxy as well…these voice actors are so talented 😭👏🏼✨
I find it interesting how he recognized the voice box as chicas but not the eyes or claws as roxys or montys. You’d think it’d be the opposite, since you shouldn’t be able to see the voice box
Maybe the software is signed, so his program can see that it's Chica's voice box, whereas the eyes or specially the claws, don't necessarily would have such intricate drivers.
@@tuxedoseal7415 oooooh yeah that explained why he CAN sprint and run pretty fast but when we're in his body, it's a lot slower, and i don't think Gregory weights much (since he's a small kid after all)
@Matthew Edwards Also there’s probably very little oxygen in there. So Gregory could have died from suffocation if Freddy didn’t accidentally rip Gregory apart.
Aside from all these points, Gregory heard Freddy say he was malfunctioning and when you're literally inside a malfunctioning machine? Thats...pretty dangerous lmao
I think the reason why Freddy buys it when Gregory lied it up is because the records inside watch mentioned Chica getting crushed before,so he's probably ok with it so long as she doesn't get replaced or thrown away.
@@CrimsonLiv plus of you read the files. Monty destroys Bonnie and the company makes Monty his replacement because they think he will overall bring in more money.
Gregory didn’t actually kill any of them though, they were all still kind of moving, and theres no way Gregory would make it through the week without incapacatating the animatronics, I honestly think he did the right thing
@@darkshat3077 so you're just gonna forget the fact that those robots were trying to hunt a child down and potentially kill him while he already a creepy rabbit lady after him? Just imagine how traumatizing it would be for the kid
@@shahidshafiq2207 Gregory clearly is not traumatized by any of this. If anything he seems more annoyed and angry with them than scared. The only one he seems remotely scared of is vanny
I find it sad that they give the animatronics personality, and interactions with freddy, but then pit them against you. There's a theory that the animatronics are just hacked, so I would love to see a dlc or another game or SOMETHING that isn't a super scary game or anything, but rather just interactions with the animatronics, working things out between you, apologizing for completly destroying them etc.
That would be awesome. Just sucks that there really wasn't any way to fix the rest of them, as that would involve first somehow getting into the parts and service chair without killing you, then removing the malicious code (as what sounds like a 10 y/o), and finally getting their systems to crash so they boot into safe mode. I love 'em all to bits, but the trash compactor was easier (and possible).
There's a theory going on that whenever an ending is reached, the number of stars is representative of the survivors. So far there's only 1-3 star endings. But if we could reach FIVE, or even SIX (freeing Vannessa from Glichtrap's control) then I'd be more than a happy camper :3
1 out of 3 was an accident I mean roxxane did jump into the tracks to attempt to catch Gregory. The rest was just Gregory pushing a button for some gruesome deaths
I mean, we can look the other way for Monty’s death, he is kinda a dipshit, and did try to kill us, so it is self defense. Chica was just murdered though
Freddy when he gets Roxy and Chica upgrades: is she okay?! 🥺 Freddy w/ Monty upgrade: oh cool claws (to be fair, Gregory never tells him it came from Monty)
Tbh after finding out that Freddy finds out that his friend Bonnie was decommissioned and Monty was Bonnie's replacement, I understand why Freddy couldn't care less for Monty, because Monty and Freddy Were never truly friends to begin with. If I eve had to play this game, I would take down Monty, just to avenge bonnie.
@@SuperGamefreak18 Freddy knew that Monty wasn't satisfied with Bonnie's place tho, he was dying for a chance to take away Freddy's spot. I don't think Freddy was necessarily hateful towards him, but knowing that he's gone/heavily damaged won't let him lose sleep at night, compared to him being very worried for Roxy and Chica
I'm actually really confused can someone explain where everyone got the idea that freddy hates montys guts for replacing Bonnie or doesn't care about him at all bc from what I seen from gameplays is that he sees all of them as his friends and has expressed about how he misses bonnie but never thrown any shade towards Monty
@@Imjustagirl2354 Freddy knows that Bonnie's tracker was last pinged in Monty's golf course, and in a note he was trying to take Freddy's place as the lead. Along with the opening Monty was mad that Freddy malfunctioning cancelled his band solo too, so seeing Freddy not really react to Monty's claws being his own seems to speak for itself, compared to Roxy and Chica which Freddy clearly does worry for
@@frozenlettuce293 my thought as well is they recently had a spat so while he doesn't out right hate Monty. Hes probably still upset with him and if Monty's just missing his claws it means the injure he could have is superficial. Getting the eyes or freaking voice box means something worse happened to an animatronic.
11:12 Freddy: Gregory be straight with me how you get this Gregory: I fucked chica up Freddy: did you kill her Gregory: I’m like Batman I don’t kill but I don’t know if she will ever be the same
Their parts kinda remind me of the wise monks. Roxy - see no evil Monty - do no evil Freddy - hear no evil Chica - speak no evil But I think that's actually a coincidence and I'm over thinking.
Freddy asks how he got the parts. Gregory"well there was a bit of an "accident" with them and I just so happened to find there rotting bodies and take there upgrades. No biggy."
@@ILikeToBeAlive I thought they were being controlled? like how vanessa was controlled to become vanny Also you misspelled chica (probably auto corrected)
Gregory barely even lied to Freddy. Except for the part where he refused to tell about Monty, but it technically isnt lying. It wasnt his fault too when destroying Roxy, she went in front of him while driving.
This is way off topic but I really like how Monty's character was written. He's just a jealous , aggressive , strong and maniac animatronic. He even disassembled Bonnie and is jealous of Freddy. Meanwhile Freddy still cares for him... I personally don't like Monty but still. His character is just a gorgeous aggressive mess.
Honestly part of me feels like he isn't possed by vanny but instead struck a deal with her so that he could work his way up to the top and become the star I know this is probably NOT what the writers intended but it's interesting to think about.
I think he was built to entertain people and make them have fun And he cares about people So that's why he was shocked about Roxy's eyes Freddy so so heartkinded :)
I feel like his only real friend is Bonnie who has appeared with him through all the games. Monty is the replacement for Bonnie so I wouldn't imagine him liking Monty, Roxy is kinda like a rival only in her own eyes so Freddy worries about her because he sees her as a co-worker. Chica was an original so he recognized Chica and was sad but I'd think of Freddy and Chica as more of a friend of a friend.
Well it's not their faults that they are being controlled. They may be robots but they are straight-up self aware and sentient with full emotions, just like a human being.
Imagine just blacking out and when you wake up you slowly ascend to the sky until there is nothing left not even yourself...... BUT they are still robots lol
Everyone talking about how freddy still cares about his friends, but no one saying about how Gregory lies about intentionally trying to murder them, Chica probably the most evident of that "11:17" his lies . "8:26" him trying to kill chica.
To be honest the jump scares never made me feel like the animatronics were trying to kill me more so just capturing me so me killing them kind of makes me feel like a dick with a few exceptions Moon Man was definitely out for blood honestly the game made me feel like a monster
For people that say "Gregory is heartless". Spoilers for one ending It is confirmed that Gregory is an orphan and it's implied that he either run away from the orphanage or he is homeless. He already has a rough life and depending on the town, it's fairly easy to see things that kids shouldn't see and become used to them. Plus, there is a fact that Gregory saw Vanny and he is in a constant danger. Emotions have no use, adrenaline is there and it's fairly easy to have a moment of shutting down emotions and then reacting somewhere safe. Plus, add a fact that animatronics are similar to toys and it has been shown that they are fairly easy to fix. Kids tend to experiment with their toys and unscrew some parts. It's not that disgusting Finally, there is a whole story about animatronic's personalities and emotions. It has been highlighted multiple times that Freddie isn't like them and there is something wrong with them. Chica, Monty and Roxy try to attack Gregory and their mind seems to be partially gone. Just look how Chica is easily distracted by pizza. They are not fully here and some actions (Roxy crying) can be a trap.
When I played this I thought “there must be a way to not do the upgrades for a ending, but no there no way to go through at all unless I missed something cause I mean to get one of the secret endings you need the claws and voice
i think those part where what corrupted their AI. Freddy in one point in the game states that the parts removed from his friends where new, i think Vanny install Glitchtrap corrupted parts on them and that must have mess with their AI wish would explain why they are trying to kill Gregory sense for some reason Afton (aka glitchtrap) wants Gregory. at the beginning of the game Freddy suffered a Malfunction on stage and when he woke up he woke up on safe mode, safe mode on any computer means it is running with the most basic programing, meaning what ever part was corrupting their system was not corrupting Freddy sense it was not a basic program data. that would explain their behaviour as well as why Freddy doesn't try to harm Gregory, when Gregory install the new parts on Freddy if Freddy runs out of energy you get his jump scare meaning the corrupt data gets him on that moment. this is why i feel bad for the other 3 animatronics, they are not being them selfs because the corrupt data is what is making them behave this way, not only that but after their fight they are to much broken and i think they become far more violent because they are fully damaged.
its actually a little sad seeing monty just get ripped in half on impact and then hit his head breaking his jaw. like, thats a childrens mascot were seeing get destroyed aswell with the others
I love how Gregory basically tried to murder Freddy's friends to get parts for Freddy and lied to Freddy about how he got them. It's actually pretty sad.
roxy's was an actual accident since she jumped inf front of it, who cares about monty, chica wasn't too bad, and they ALL tried to kill him. It is kinda sad, but honestly I don't feel that horrible since they were literally trying to kill him.
