Thank you. Simply, because it sees the “Third world” on a different temporality. Just extrapolate from what imperialism is and that is what I mean by him being imperialistic.

Thank you. I personally find his criticism of Said pretty thin and a bit vindictive, even though I have used his work several times. Maybe, some day I will get around to it.
As I said I will probably get to it some day but it is not on my priority list. The essay is included in his book In Theory and it is pretty easy to understand it if you read it carefully.
