Libby is my go to for digital audio books as well. It is also the more cost effective option for your Library which may be why some don't have Hoopla or will allow less checkouts from Hoopla.
I'll have to check out Libby. I currently use Hoopla. I have used Happy Cow when traveling. It was hit or miss but can be helpful. Thanks for another great video Emma 😊❤
This video is real perfect timing, as last week someone aske me if I knew of any eco-apps which not being a very appy person I didn't. But now I can send them the link to this video! 🙂I'd definitely welcome a part two if you ever make it.
Nice video. My county library uses both the Libby & Hoopla apps. I also mostly use Libby, but I have often found books not yet on Libby are on Hoopla. These days I mostly are downloading audiobooks to listen to while driving so I use both apps, so downloading the book at home 1st is step #2 as soon as I borrow the book… then it is ready to go & not sucking up my cellphone data.
@@TheSimpleEnvironmentalist oh! Checked out a book yesterday. Hoopla seems to have changed the page that tells you you’ve now checked out the book for X number of days. Right there they ask if you want to download the book. Front & center instead of burried many pages back! Bet that was a response to app user like me complaining about the data suck.
