Clementine and Navy steel were our colors of choice. We purchased our Samsung Bespoke refrigerator with a free panel set rebate available. We filled out our rebate online and waited. With in a week it was rejected due to the delivery had not happened. We waited for the refrigerator and re submitted. Weeks later we received our code to use on Samsung's web site for the panels. Not knowing how the colors would look like in person and in our house we waited and wondered. Today the panels arrived and this video takes you thru the process of unpacking and removing and replacing the panels.

The flex has changeable panels also. I will say ...the flex drawer is a BIG convenience. More so than I ever expected.

Great step by step video showing all of the things you need to do to replace all of the panels! Commendable job for the first time, those panels look like they may be quite unwieldy during removal and install.

I was very surprised 😮 my wife chose Navt steel. We are very pleased with the color 😀 . It's almost two years later, and there are no regrets.

Thank you, that is a great idea. The top 2 panels are clementine and they are glass. The bottom 2 panels are Blue steel and they are steel, sort of a brushed, coated stainless look. Thank you for watching and the great idea.

Thank you for a great video. The blue steel panels, do they seem sturdy, I am worried about denting. I do not have young children, but young adults. Also how do you like the fridge overall with functionality?

These fridges are great, very spacious….. but I find that the sides ruin the look. What’s the point of having custom color panels in front and on the sides a dull color???? I’m thinking of doing vinyl wrap on the sides so all visible sides of fridge have an uniform color.

That is a great idea 💡. I think the sides are expected to be out of sight by having it almost recessed such as in custom home setting. Putting a wrap on it is a great idea. 👍

I have a rebate for the panels, but the website always says it is not able to ship them to my zip code despite them being available. I have tried different browsers and multiple devices. I have had a paneless fridge for months and spent over 8 hours on the phone.

The panels came with a few clips. The ones on the refrigerator were reusable.

I bought this refrigerator last year hoping to change the color of the panels to match my kitchen. I got it registered and got the code for the rebate. But every time I try to checkout to get the panels it says it’s not available at my zip code. Even tried other zip codes in other states hoping we could have it shipped to someone we know & get it from them. Tried calling the 800 number. They are no help. Nothing works. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone have any ideas?

Thanks for the tutorial! How long did it take for your panels to come in? The white panels have been on back order at Lowe’s and Home Depot since Dec 2022. I have the same model refrigerator you have but I want to change out my sky blue ones to white.

You are very welcome. Our panels came really quickly...about one week. They came from a whare house close to here. It's really a hard time to purchase appliances and such with the supply chain shortages. Did your navy steel bottom panel come with a squishy grey foam on the back? Did you remove that first before putting it on? Or does that stay on?

The availability varies at times. I recommend you shop Lowe's or shop samsung websites to see what is available. I don't have the part numbers handy.

I just purchased the Bespoke 4 door flex. My question is what year is your white panels? They have 2021white and 2022 white panels on their website. We have the 2021 white panel that looks cream/grayish looking. What year is your white panels?

Our refrigerator came with the white panels ( cream/ off white). We purchased last August I believe, delivered in October.

@@tammyg9170 Yes. My wife wanted white, all our appliances were white, only wanted to replace the refrigerator because of rust near the ice/water dispenser area. I showed her the Bespoke, all others seemed to be stainless and she didn't want that. Anyway, showed her the Bespoke and we purchased it in the morning breeze blue. It became backordered and after a month we changed to white because it was in stock. The free rebate for panels allowed us to go bold!!! at little risk. Now we have as you have seen Clemintine and Navy steel. Thanks for sharing.

How durable is that navy metal finish? Is it painted or is it some oxide finish like the black stainless? I haven’t seen any of the bespoke navy appliances in person

I really can't tell. I would say it is similar to the Tuscan finish. The sales person showed us how it scratches up. We haven't had any issues. Our grandchildren haven't been here yet, 😆. Note: salesman showed us how the Tuscan colored ine scratches, seems to be a film. Our Navy Steel range looks like a satin paint or anodized. Refrigerator panels seem to have a clear over them.

@@htnowpro I ordered the 4 panels through colored panel promotion in March 2023 and am still waiting for the glass panel. Initially stated out for delivery and then nothing. I contacted Samsung they state they are having fabrication issues and will send out the panels when they can. No resolution, still waiting. False advertising!

No, there are other selections. We almost got morning blue, but it was backordered, so we selected the white . They also have a bare no panel model. You order panels separately. Many choices. Thank you for watching and commenting. Have a wonderful weekend.

At home depot it comes with the 2 French doors in a pale blue green and the drawer and freezer is a white glass.. You can order it in all white or the 2 colors. THE drawer glass is about 50.00 and the freezer panel is 149
