FREE CAMPING NEAR Grand Teton National Park 

On our way to Grand Teton National Park we found some of our favorite free camping spots right outside of Jackson, Wyoming in the Teton National Forest. Our first stop was Granite Recreation Area in the Grand Teton Forest. Our second free camp spot and our favorite is in Curtis Canyon about 10 miles from Jackson Hole. The final spot to camp for free is Shadow Mountain Camping Area located about 15 minutes from the entrance to the park.
