I originally swore that it was patched, but then realized I was definitely waiting too long before closing out 🤣 It worked my first 12 times, and then it stopped working. So then I decided to close out of the game before the wheel even came to a stop, obviously when seeing that the vehicle award was not near, boom close out instantly. Somehow, my first 12 times, it allowed me to gain the reward and even wait up to 10 seconds before closing out. Then that stopped working. So now it's 'close out before the wheel even stops' for me. Finally got that damn car on my 29th try HAHA

Unfortunately 1/20 odds doesn't at all mean you will get it at some point within 20 tries. I got my first one on the 29th try. Keep rollin'!! You've got about a 5% chance each time of getting it.

Yeah but it probs takes ages to load in gta unless you have good wifi and a good console/pc

There is another glitch where you buy a car as soon as it takes your money turn off your internet connection for 5 seconds and turn it back on then it will be in your garage and it won’t take your money.
