Um, I looked at the Doctor Who wiki and The Beast’s history section doesn’t mention this.

Ah yes TARDIS Wiki is a great compilation of information however it is fan made/updated and doesn't always feature new information for a while. The panel doesn't so much add to the Beast's overall lore instead is just calling back to the places the Doctor has visited and what happened there, those events being shown in "The Satan Pit".
