👌👌👍👍👏👏👏 congratulations Jay Bob! Another great video! It's so nice and great to see people donating so much to your operation and family. Yep your right greener pastures are in the horizon. God bless you all.🤞🤞🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏👼👼👼👼🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Jaybob - So great to see you smiling again! Maybe one of those pregnant cows will gift you with a Kevin 2.0. He won't have the same swamp story, but he'll be a Kevin! Take care, my friend. We've been praying for your family and recovery of your farm.
So thankful that prayers are being answered. You will be back better and stronger. Having grown up on a dairy farm, I know the work involved in the operation. Not for the faint of heart. I had to laugh when I heard you say "lollygagging" because when I use that word my husband says I am making words up. LOL I was born and have lived my whole life in West Virginia and he grew up in California. Farm life is a really big adjustment for him. Will keep praying for you and your family but know that God has you in His hand and will see you through the storm.
Ur very positive young lad considering what's happened to ye an ur farm , huge difference in 10 days , well done , I have an idea of what ur all going through,, last we had a fire on our farm that wiped out all our sheds an all straw 2 days before we were putting 200 cattle in them for the winter thankfully we didn't lose any animals but we were only lucky its been a very hard year but we're back to what we were before this happened an our cattle have there homes back again,,,, it will be ok again an it will take time an don't give up but I don't think u will u love it to much , keep going an I wish ye all the luck in the world 🙏🙏
That's a great deal hopefully you will still be able to going nice to see people willing and able to help I wish I could do something for you all take care
JayBOB! Great news. So good to see an actual smile. Been here since the early days, not going anywhere. People, at least like, comment, subscribe, it feeds the algorithm, spreads the channel. Seems like yesterday 300 subs was a big deal, onward & upward!
Remember to keep the faith I knew everything would turn around and be just fine. It's sad you lost some of your cow's but the great American spirit lives on. Many blessings my friend and more is on the way. 🙏✝️♥️
It’s great to see you guys getting back on your feet , baby steps and before you know it you’ll be up and running . It’s good to see fellow dairy farmers helping out , it’s always been the way . The jersey cow would make a good house cow . Quality creamy milk on your breakfast cereal . 🙂

I was just thinking about you and wondering how you and your family was recoverying. Thank you for sharing your pictures and thoughts. How many cows 🐄 did you lose . Prayers for ya
Hello, I'm so happy to see a video showing donated animals. What a nice gift and just in time. I have a question, do you have a closed or open herd? Do you have to do anything special with the new cows as far as vaccines/quarantine when mixing other farm animals with yours? The reason why I ask is my neighbor had a closed herd and he added a few cows from auction and they had some type of cow disease that his herd wasn't exposed to and he lost almost all of his original animals. He was able to get through that ordeal with a benefit to raise funds plus a go fund me. It's pretty amazing how supportive the community is. I was just wondering about that. Thanks again for the update!
@@JayBobYT Thanks for your response. I kind of figured with that many animals your herd was closed. We'll continue to pray for a healthy herd and a quick rebound from this ordeal. Thank you for the updates.
Good to see things getting back to normal. Question. Would it be possible to build a levee around the low parts of the yard to keep the water out or is the road too low and would let the water in. Here in Manitoba were flooding is a threat we have levees around the yardsites.
Good to hear from you again. Can I ask you does the electrical work needs to be dried out? Are the tractors outside given an oil change and then are OK to drive? I apologise for the questions but never been flooded. Take Care.
it’s a work in progress but we’re going to buy some feed off a few people and some of our stack seems to be alright but we won’t know until we get to it
You got flooded out let me guess it just so happens you live on the flood side of the river . Man that sucks especially for a dairymen noway is there time , and the magnitude and planning of that operation and logistics to move 400-500 livestock which is your investment ,the loss, stress. It's not like you have a Second dairy laying dormant as a backup for emergencies. It sound like your county needs to budget a project to builded up and reinforce the levee.
