if the beat has been sold take the *free* out of the title, thats misleading advertisement/business practice. which is illegal as well.

1. Dude if you're not complimenting the music get out of the comments. 2. It is not illegal to lie on the internet and there is false advertisements everywhere. Somebody titling their song when they first posted it and not putting sold in the title is completely harmless. Nobody was promised this song and nobody paid for it in advance ..this piece of material can be used even if it is sold as long as the second artist does not post it as his own or attempt to sell it a second time.. 3. none of your business if he changes the title to update the world that it's sold on a platform that was not made for selling anyways. 🎉 Husssshhhh.

unless you buy exclusive or all rights to this beat then he doesn't have to put "sold". if you bought a lease then how is the beat sold if you're leasing the beat

IF they are SELLING a product it IS illegal as that is f a l s e a d v e r t i s e m e n t. Just because everybody does something doesn't validate it not being a shitty move.

@@la.loon_x the beat is amazing but leaving "free" in the title and then saying nobody can use it even non-profit is shitty and u shouldn't do that. Both can be true at the same time.
