Eating the right diet can reduce fat faster than you think.
Here is a free diet plan to help you lose weight fast:
Breakfast:
Option 1: Omelet with cream tea. Make cream tea by adding a spoon of cream to black tea.
Option 2: Boiled eggs (2-3) with cream tea
Option 3: Greek yogurt. Make Greek yogurt at home by suspending yogurt tightly wrapped in a mulmul cloth. After all the water leaves it, you will be left with Greek yogurt, rich in protein.
Lunch:
Chicken, mutton or beef along with vegetables that grow above the ground for lunch.
Dinner:
Grilled chicken, steak, steamed roast, chapli kebab, grilled fish, etc. with cucumber or broccoli can be a delicious meal for night.
Snacks for diet | Workout snacks
Vegetable salad, low-carb panjiri, protein smoothies

Sir, i purchase suppliment from ginnastic where i find diet chart. Actually, this chart is one of the best dieting charts i have ever seen. For fat loss i take less quatity in carbs but protien remain same. It is truly best desi diet plan thanks. I rather follow this dieting chart than i hurt myself by following this diet 😣😣

I give you very simple and practical weight loss /diabetic diet plan. Reduce roti flour and replace it with 50% vegetables. Reduce un-nessary refined carbs , sweeteners and extra fat. I have reduced almost 4kg in two months.
