Really sorry to tell you why did you put 6 magnet to a 4 pole setup stator ? It's surprising that you got 12V with a wrong setup...As i could see from your video you haven't changed anything in stator winding so you should have put only 4 magnet. If possible you should use wider magnets with 4 magnet...

Hallo Peter, klasse Arbeit wie du die Magnete im Rotor versenkt hast und die Motoren auf den Alu Profilen befestigt hast. Das ist natürlich wertvoll wenn man eine solche Fräse hat. Ich beobachte dich schon länger. Ich habe das selbe Projekt wie du, seit der Spanier das Video mit der LKW Lichtmaschine 24V auf RU-vid hat. Ich habe das mit einem LKW Generator nachgebaut und die Erfahrung gemacht, dass er nur 17V Spannung liefert bei ca 3000rpm. Ich habe einen elektrischen Beruf und mich mit diesem Thema jetzt extra weiter gebildet. Die Spannung ist Hauptsächlich von der Drehzahl und den Spulen im Stator abhängig. Je höher die Drehzahl, desto größer die Spannung. Und je höher der elektrische Widerstand der Spule, desto höher auch die Spannung. Deshalb sind die Kupfer Drähte in dem LKW Alternator auch viel dicker im Durchmesser als bei dem 220V Motor. Die Anzahl der Magnete zusammen mit der Drehzahl beeinflusst die Frequenz der induzierten Wechselspannung. Das heißt: je mehr Magnete der Rotor hat, desto kleiner die benötigte Drehzahl für die gewünschte 50Hz Frequenz. Also die Anzahl der Magnete hat wenig mit der Spannung zu tun. Vielmehr mit der Frequenz die dabei entsteht. Ich baue gerade an einem Generator aus einem 800W Rasenmäher Motor mit 8 sehr starken Neodym Magneten. Two main reasons it is not working. 1) He did not put the magnets N, S, N, S. 2) He did not remove the diode bridge and voltage regulator. He is measuring DC voltage. you need to remove the rectifier and voltage regulator to get the AC voltage as seen in the other videos.

Peter, In my point of view, originaly U had motor with 1415 rpm (4 poles) but U rebuild it to 6 pole what is aroud 900 rpm. The drive motor must match the speed of the driven motor, or it could have a few more revolutions depending on the load. (max. 20rpm more as not all manufacturers have the same speed with the same number of poles). You did not make the angular tilt of the magnets on the rotors to ensure sufficient excitation of the generator stator (phase shifting). Its sure that silicon sheets on the rotor were turned similar to a thread. But otherwise nice work with nice milling machine ☺.

The magnets are to be placed in the Stator as well as you did in the Rotor.... Then when you switch off the electric motor it's supposed to run by itself.....perpetual

N-are nicio treabă turația la care la rotit, ci doar împărțirea polilor pe rotor. Trebuia să-l împartă-n 4 poli, apoi să completeze total spațiul , nu doar canale așa cum a făcut el. Cu spații, nu se poate obține amplitudinea maximă, pentru că un magnet îngust nu va putea acoperi tot miezul unui pol de pe stator, și de când intră pe pol nu va fi sinusoidă ascendentă până ajunge la centru ca apoi să fie descendentă până iese, ci doar o linie aproape de axa O-X, în funcție de puterea magneților. Dacă polul cu magneți e lat cât miezul de pe stator, de când ajunge magnetul aproape de bobină, amplitudinea e în continuă creștere până ajunge la centru, unul în dreptul altuia, după care scade în același ritm până ajunge la zero, după care vine polul opus de pe rotor și schimbă semnul, sinusoida crește pe minus. Deci, STATOR cu 4 poli, și ROTOR tot cu 4 poli. Mai e și altă variantă, dar aici nu e cazul. Odată construit cum am spus, nu se va mai întâmpla ca acum când are 6 poli pe rotor, ca ce produce un pol, să anuleze celălalt. Dacă nu ai polii de pe rotor, concomitent toți în dreptul polilor de pe stator, vei obține atâta tensiune, pe cât polii se potrivesc. Ce e în afara suprapunerii, se anulează reciproc. În acest fel, cu polii perechi, magneții trebuie așezați puțin înclinați nu pentru excitație, ci pentru a prelua ușor forța de rezistență depusă la apropiere și la depărtarea magneților, de părțile feromagnetice ale statorului, deci , magnetul să intre pe miezul următor lent, fără șocuri, dar să și iasă de pe cel din spate la fel, să nu „agațe” . Cauza principală pentru care n-ai obținut tensiunea pentru care a fost bobinat motorul, este nepotrivirea numărului de poli. Ce produce unul, anulează celălalt, care e de semn opus, peste aceeași bobină din seria celor patru. „Două forțe egale și de sens opus, rezultatu-i zero” ! Pentru că din 6 poli, n-au avut toți pereche de anulare, ai obținut tensiunea corespunzătoare bucăților de pol de același semn de pe rotor, care se află în dreptul polilor de pe stator

Do not mean to criticize ... would never work , the pole pieces in the rotor have to be at an angle to match the stater angles. secondly the magnets are too wide . Lastly when they cast the rotor the molding acts as a coil winding around the steel pole pieces like a dead short , thus turning them into opposing magnets , the flux direction from the stater automatically changes the direction North - South of the pole pieces as the rotor spins ....

It's impossible to make electricity with an asynchronous elbowcough motor. The 12 Volts are due to the remanence of the iron but no current will be able to circulate to supply a bulb... Just an LED!!! You will have to study electrical engineering to understand the laws of electromagnetism. You installed a not corresponding number of magnets with tbe mouter poles . You should to have sure how many poles the mouter is made of before you to determine the magnets number. The generated voltage on the coils is canceling each other . This is the reason you get only 12 volts AC . Second : take bouth three phasic mouter and generator avoiding this capacitors. I already got to generate 340 volts AC with neodymium magnets . Even you get to do 220v be generated , be sure the RPM of generator produces the same eletric input of mouter like 220 v and 60HZ. If the RPM of mouter and generator be the same , you shoud to use the same poleys size . If you note the diference of RPM betwen poleys you should to correct the ray of a manner that the mouter be feed with 220v 60 HZ. Resuming : the generator and mouter must be in phase .

Die Frequenz würde sich wahrscheinlich auch verdoppeln. ?? Ich glaube ich muss das auch mal Testen. 🙂Auch der Motor könnte (glaube ich) etwas weniger Leistung haben. Ich werde erstmal mit einem ähnlichen Generator + großer Bohrmaschine als Antrieb starten. Mit einer Bohrmaschine ist es sehr einfach die verschiedenen Geschwindigkeiten durch zu probieren. What I have in mind is trying to figure out a self-contained unit that doesn't use outside source like a generator that runs by a 12-volt system that would be self-sufficient and be able to charge 12 volt battery. At the same time then I can run an inverter like a 400 watt or not 4000 w inverter that could easily run my air conditioning or an electric furnace in my camper as well as being able to go with electric frying pans and skillets are running all off of 110 volts ac and I know it can be done if it's done correctly but I don't see it in this diagram and the pictures that you're running

Moin Peter, ich sehe, du hast den Drehstrommotor in Sternschaltung, statt in Dreieckschaltung (die Brücken um 90 Grad drehen, alle drei parallel). Das ergibt andere Verhältnisse. Dann fehlt noch der Anlauf-Kondensator. Eine Parallelschaltung mit einer bzw. zwei der Wicklungen vom Generator wird ebenfalls von Einigen verwendet.. Erst dann ergeben sich Resonanzen und Kopplungen der Spannungen, wie z.B. bei dem Liberty Engine. Dann habe ich es eher gesehen, dass der Drehstrommotor angetrieben wird, um dann den Generator mit den Magneten anzutreiben. Dieser muss entsprechend effizienter als der Antriebsmotor sein, damit überhaupt ein Überschuß entstehen kann. Evtl. macht es Sinn mal in diese Richtung(en) zu denken & zu forschen. Several reasons why your model will not work: 1. You did not force glue together two opposing magnets in alternating sequences. Two magnets with both north poles glued together and alternated in every other slot with two magnets glued with south poles together. This creates a zero point of magnetism. Force the magnets together in a vice to force glue them together. 2. More importantly, you did not epoxy the magnets in place. Resin has living energy properties that when pulsed will balance electro magnetism with orgone energy from out of the æther. Purity of resin and differing types of resin is also a factor. I do not see where there is regulator do alternate the cycle of 110 AC to the 12v DC I would like to see more details because so far I only see it running off of 110 I don't see anything working as a generator
