The fabric is 2 and half yard ,fold it into 2 then cross it over to the other side ,which is shown in the beginning of the video and after folding it would be 4, I hope this helps ❤
6 inches is usually constant because size doesn’t affect neck most times but to fulfill all righteousness you can add an inch of the persons bust is 42 upward
