Xanthum gum improves the texture of the ice cream & helps to delay melting... liquid glucose also gives binding and moisture to the ice cream & thus melt slowly...

Hi Hema ji...Yes gel colour hi use kare ice-cream mein aur meetha pan hi use kare - normal paan thoda kadva ho sakta hai....har ek cheez measurement se hi dale.. paan essence bhi jyada hone se kadva lag sakta hai...hope this helps...Be connected 😊👍

Single door mein ice-cream set karna thoda mushkil hota hai.. Cream ko plastic air tight container mein nikal le jo freezer mein aa jaye..don't use steel container..
