Never was a fan of Ivypool, but this PMV is really well-made!! I especially like that part at 2:18 where Hawkfrost has that face of "annoyed evil villain who just had his plan foiled". The AU is nice and I think it would've fit better than what actually happened. Good job :)

Okay, this is a weird time for me to make a comment on an older video of yours, but I don't think I've ever made it clear how much I love this video. This PMV, though not animated, is uniquely energetic in it's own way, and the colors bring the scenes to life without any non-tweening movement. This is one of if not the best videos I've ever seen to show Ivypool's story arc, and trust me, there are a lot of good ones. The part when Ivy tackles Hawkfrost is so very dramatic, and you can really see how Hollyleaf's sacrifice affected Ivypool. Ivy killing Hawk herself is a nice touch that the Erins themselves should have used, as Brambleclaw killing him again is just boring. There is no way to express how much I enjoy this PMV. Bonus points for a Mother Mother song too. The symbolism and parellels are so amazing to watch!! I LOVED the little callback to starclan at the end, it was such a nice way to subvert the song's meaning. She found REAL love, not the fake kind that hawkfrost used against her. Ugh i love this

A huge part of me really wishes that Ivypool had killed Hawkfrost instead of Brambleclaw/star. It would've felt so much better, after all the abuse and manipulation he put her through, it would have been more justified and heartfelt. However, no matter how much Ivypool hated Hawkfrost I'm not entirely sure she could have lived with herself after killing two cats.

I quite honestly wasn't expecting a mother mother song. This was great!

I always find myself returning to this PMV. I loved it when it first came out and your Ivypool design is how I imagine her now, despite all the other Ivypool designs with blue eyes or official art/widely used designs and book descriptions. This is one of my favorite PMVs and I can’t pinpoint exactly why, but I’m glad you made it and I’m glad I keep coming back to it.
