Initially I'd planned to cover my entire Coriolis haul from the Free League Midsummer Sale in one go, but instead I spent well over an hour talking just about the core rulebook :) What can I say, I was very excited!
The core book is beautiful, the setting is fascinating, and the art is stunning. The character creation procedure, which begins with a group concept and group talents before moving to individual characters, is a great idea for a space-based game; this ensures the group has some unified reason to be flying around the place, and helps direct players to choose complementary archetypes.
The campaign books are great as well, but more on those later!
