I just took my real estate exam! I passed national and state portions. I do not normally leave comments under videos but I have to today! I took the exam two times prior to today and failed! I watched ALL of your videos and signed up with your website for practice exams in both categories. I studied with your tests, methods and videos for 1 week and passed with flying colors! I can't thank you enough for sharing. Anyone who needs help with understanding content and practice I highly recommend his website. I took the test for the state of Texas! Thank you so much Joe.

I RARELY COMMENT but i just want to say THANK YOU !!! I was studying for my license and i was taking the online classes at home. I have to say my english is very good but its not my native language, there were many different words i had to sit and translate to understand a certain concept and it was a lot of hard work for me. I discovered your videos here on youtube and a week before my exam i was watching at least 1-2 videos a day, just repeating words and making flash cards. On the very day of my exam that was at noon i woke up at 7 to watch at least a few of the math videos (I am terrible at math. at school my whole life i got only F's at math and I knew there is no way i would be able to answer even 1 question right but i told my self i have to at least do my best and try to understand) long story short i went to take my national exam being sure for 100% I am NOT going to pass(many people told me that its hard to pass on the 1st try so i pretty much wasn't expecting miracles) but at least i will know what questions they will have so i can be more prepared for the next time...and then the it happened! I PASSED THE NATIONAL EXAM WITH 81% out of 100=)))) I was so happy, i even got 6 math questions out of 8 which i must say is my biggest accomplishment in this exam. So that being said a big thank you for your videos, my courses was very dreadful and loaded with unnecessary information and MANYYY glitches and mistakes but you videos really helped to somehow sum up that information!!!:)

I just passed my real estate exam in San Diego!!! Finally thanks to Joe I bought his premium package did the tests flash cards and videos I highly recommend it. Most similar to the test I was studying with other material before and failed about 6 times until I used prep agent!

I just passed my real estate exam first try in California today and I can’t tank Joe and prep agent enough! I will be referring everyone who needs to take the exam to your channel sir!

Joe love your videos and I want to sign up for your webinars for New York state but I'm scared that I would not learn the material and time for my test which is the 7th of January I am in the state of New York and what you go over is very explanatory but is not what I learned in class but not what I learned in class I love how you break everything I understand it I just don't know if this is same thing I should be studying for New York State licensing exam

I am confused about this question. An agency could be terminated by all EXCEPT: A: when the house burns down. B: when the performance of the broker is suspect. C: when the performance of the seller is lacking. D: when the owner cancels the listing in order to contact the potential buyer and sell to him or her directly. Why is the answer not C? .....the answer is actually D

I have the question.can saleperson prepare a lease for 6 months and option to buy ? He need to consult to broker or attorney?

I don,t understand the last question. If the tenant is threatened to sign the contract but it isn't stated that he actually signed it, wouldn't that be void since it's missing one of the 4 elements of a legal contract? He doesn't have mutual consent right? Or is the question assuming that we are assuming? Really confusing.
