Learn how to create a double arched border with half circle or arc quilting templates or rulers. Free motion quilting fills in the design. First determine the number of arcs needed for the border and then stitch on either a longarm machine or a regular sewing machine with a ruler foot. This is the 2nd part of the baby quilt.
