I am disappointed that many of these games are about to hang out with friends, IF I ISOLATE MYSELF IN A VIRTUAL ENVIRONMENT IT IS BECAUSE I HAVE NO FRIENDS
Buttttt you can make a lot of friends in these games ;) Its very fun and i know for a fact that you will not be lonely after meeting people in these games.
I'm quite sad that GetHip didn't but Battle Talent in this list. If you have no idea what that is that I'm talking about then check it out. It's a fighting trainer disguised as a dungeon crawler roguelike where you fight goblins and skeletons with the various weapons available. Tons of replay ability is stashed inside this game, because even me, who has beaten every dungeon and unlocked every weapon still plays it for fun. You should totally check it out, and best part- It's free!
I saw rec room, I've been playing rec room for a very long time now and it's not too bad but the lag is really bad sometimes. Rec room Is fun if you like creating stuff like games, costumes or literally anything
I am looking at this for when i get my vr headset, and i really want to play rec room, vr chat etc... but my social anxiety says no. And i hate myself for it
I have seen you play some racing games on your videos I would like to know what some of those are did they run only on PC I am purchasing a gaming laptop so that I can run on PC games as well
So the ONLY a problem I have is, for some of these games you need friends and to talk to people, I don’t really like my voice, it just seems to high for my actual age so yeah.
One off my friends has a vr headset and i was in the dancing robot game and i wanted to hit the robot but the full Force hit my friend insdeat off the robot
@@hinglemccringleberry9389 Imagine still playing on consoles... This post was made by the PC, VR, and Nintendo Switch (Dosen't count as a console) gangs
So, you earned mad respect from me with one small segment of your video. You mentioned the furry community, and while you acknowledged that they scared you, you still expressed acceptance of and appreciation for the diversity of the people who use the app you discussed. I'm not a furry (they kinda scare me too), but everyone has a kink, and your not casting judgment on or insults at them is awesome AF. Thank you for being open-minded. 👍
i personally think that battle talent is one of the best free oculus quest 2 which is basically an off brand blades and sorcery but still has really good gameplay and is overall fun
There are loads of amazing free games you can play! When I first bought my quest I think I got away without having to buy a game for a full month because of all the free stuff haha!
can you recommend me some other than the ones mentioned in the video? i just bought my quest 2 and i don't know if i should have second guessed it because the games that are interesting cost money?
@@mekharajendran8302 I would recommend trying some game free trials for a start? Though, honestly the quest two had a lot of games if ya think about it in comparison to, for example, like a PlayStation or something. Though, games like Rec Room and VRchat have enough content where, if you want, there is enough content to last a VERY, VERY long time, due to the fact it relies on user made content. For example, in VR chat I’ve seen things like Among Us, Uno, and more! Though I do also recommend looking for a few paid games you would enjoy in the future, as they can be really cool!
Damn y'all lucky. I felt like shit after gorilla tag. I mean it's my mistake for playing it directly after first steps but i really wanted to try the game
You are underated. Thanks to you I know how to I'm going to take care of my headset and what to do and what not to do. I've even bought 3rd part accessories. These videos has been a great help.
Would love to see some list of great single player or couch co-op style party games for the Quest 2. I personally don't have a lot of friends or family with a Quest 2 so online multiplayer doesn't appeal to me. I do have a family of four who enjoy pass and play gaming or couch co-op/vs games. We are loving Acron and would love to find more games like that
One of my personal favourites VR games is "GRAB" it's not a massive game but it's very fun and I have spent hours straight playing it, it's a parkour that allows you to build your own map or plays others, it's great fun once you get into it.
Yn seeing the footage of Echo VR gameplay from 3:23 and onwards makes me really sad because it looks NOTHING like the quest 2 version, quest 2 echo VR compared to ever PC headset looks like it’s run of a fucking toaster, ofc I understand why it’s not as good looking, but that doesn’t mean it’s still pretty annoying. Also one last thing I wanna add is that there are areas in the PC VR version hub like “Skirmish” and “shooting range” which makes me REALLY angry because those areas you cannot access on Quest 2, and yes the quest 2 isn’t Very powerful, but you can’t telL me the Quest 2 can work perfectly with other shooting games much bigger then Echo VR but someone not be able to process those areas in the map.
Mission ISS is one of my favorite vr games. alot of the times i just lay down in real life and float around. i also found a bug that glitches you out of the ISS without going on a space walk.
@@mayhemK59 idk if the glitch is patched i havent played it in awhile but basically you turn on the rotation when grabbing on to something with to hands and go to like a corner or something and shake you hands violently
The last time I checked BigScreen had maybe 100 titles, all for rent at $4 for 48hrs, all of them years old. The viewing experience is similar to sitting 4' away from your 36" tv and viewing it. Not a fan, I have a Quest2 and got eye strain before the movie ended. The clarity and resolution is just not there yet. Some VR videos are good yet still suffer from the occasional blockiness and steaks. Black backgrounds such as space hide this problem well.
Have any Zelda or Metroidvania style games come out for Quest 2? I just got one and the game line-up for it is terrible. Couldn't even play A Township Tale as I couldn't get past the non-functional virtual keyboard they force you to 'register' your game with, let alone allow me into a character creation screen. Had to get a refund for that too.
I want a free vr game like blade and sorcery, saints and sinners, blood trail or boneworks, those games are gory, have alot to offer in weapons, and sandboxes to spawn enemies and find creative ways to just beat the shit of them
I really like your videos but honestly it's really distracting how often you edit together different takes of you speaking. Please work on this, it'll only end up saving you time editing any way
Question, how do people get their games to look so good because I just got my quest 2 and games like population one don’t look nearly as good as in videos should I return it and get a new quest 2?
I don’t have a pc and I don’t have a android phone ( I use iPhone ) can anyone tell me how I can play beat saber custom I have a Mac but idk if it work can anyone help me ?
I have been trying to get an oculus quest and theres a 75 percent off one on a website buy I cant tell if its official. I wanna try and figure out the official site but I cant get an answer
Shame that you didn't talk about app lab, though one of the titles that you did show in the video at least (the photo of it) was Pavlov VR Shack. Pavlov Shack is a Counter-Strike-esque first person shooter with 5v5 search and destroy, DM/TDM and the Garry's Mod classic Trouble in Terrorist Town game mode all built in to the game. Last year, a set of WWII themed game modes were added, and PLAYABLE TANKS. That's right, you heard me, you can DRIVE TANKS in VR. Pavlov Shack is acquired via Sidequest or Oculus App Lab, but the devs have stated that once it goes live on the Oculus Store it will cost $25 bucks, but it'll remain free to play until that point.
Thanks man I rlly want the quest 2 so thank you for what games I should think of getting def gettin gorilla tag rec room and I forgot the name uhhh the movie theater one if I get the headset
We will never get the oasis, for those who have read the book it tells you that the oasis contains every video game ever made, the entire internet, every movie ever made, every piece of media. The oasis is a pipe dream for Vr users
