1) Awakening/Fates (because it's not just great skills but a few merge projects) 2) 3H/Engage to improve some units in more competitive game modes 3) GBA games for some great infantry and flier skills 4) FEH/Mystery/SoV for Dancer skills/healer/and mages 5) Feh/Tellius for some great specials at the end and Armored skills (but I've got all of these on my Rearmed units already, so low priority) 6) Jundral the first 3 I've got all these skills stockpiled - the last two are OK but far lower priorities.
@@ciontachthecthonicchampion3576 Most of this actually hasn't been powercrept at all. The problem is that the divine codes have consistently been a promise that all of it *will* be powercrept by next year.
The craziest part about Divine Codes 5 is the fact that units as recent as Tina and R!Reinhardt are in it. This year already had a lot of units with really good fodder, but to get ones as recent as those 2 is insane.
For my personal uses, the engage and 3h path is the most value to me, I want to +10 my summer Robin and deck her out with insane skills for a god lance, r!ingrid with her weapon and ability to duplicate skills will help me out massively with that
Thanks for taking the time to make this video pm1, it's honestly hard to decide which path to choose since they all have such good fodder, but I'm either leaning towards 3H/Engage or GBA path so this helped.
I will honestly say I both love and hate how good the fodder is this year. On one hand we have so much good fodder, but on the other hand it's hard to choose which path I want. For me, the best value is 3H/Engage, GBA, and FEH/Mystery/SoV, so hopefully this video helps makes that decision, and thanks for the upload pm1.
Thank you so much for the video pm1, this is probably the best divine codes we've gotten over the years that it's hard for me to decide from how good the fodder is. GBA is tempting, but I also want to go 3H/Engage to finally give my N!Saizo Arcane Luin.
I cant decide if I should get Inf Null Followup 4 for Flame Tribe Lyn’s C slot. That was I could remove Null Follow Up from her S slot, but I also utilize Spd Smoke 4 and dodge quite a lot.
I think Lyn wants that outsourced from some other ally. If you use Attuned Peony then she could give her Dodge status while you run something like Panic Smoke 4 on her for Omni-tanking :)
Now this...this is paradise that puts last year's sets to shame and then some. Though you're going to want a non-manual copy of a rearmed to make the most of their inheritance.
That would be my plan I assume that I will get about 22,400 codes (I got about that many as F2P on Code 4) 3H/Engage + Awakening/Fates all five units [12,000] FEH/Tellius + GBA Games 4 each [8,000] FEH/Mystery/SoV to Kvasir [2,400] Jugdral to Asc. Ced, only if I still have some left [2,400*]
It's sort of interesting to me. Divine codes 5 is such a huge step up compared to 4, but I feel that's just more indicative of how fast skill-creep has been moving in this game. I have 12,000 divine codes 4, literally because the quality of the fodder fell off so fast that I'm mostly thinking of using it strictly for merges than anything else. Not that there aren't any good fodder in 4. There's still some good stuff. But its crazy how fast we just got better stuff. The Hero's and Radiance path of 4 has FT! Muspell with Dragon's Wrath 4, but 5 will have B!F! Corrin with Dragon's Roar 4 at the midway point. Apart of me doesn't see skill-creep progressing this fast for much longer without just adding a new tier of skill, but IS has proven my thought process wrong time and again, so...
Thanks for the in-depth look at all of the manuals and paths! I definitely like the GBA and 3H/Engage paths the most for their overall value, but I'm also looking forward to getting more merges on my B!Soren and Arthur along with finally getting Wrathful Tempo.
thanks for making this video so quickly PM1, I am leaning toward 3H and GBA paths, though I might want to snag ruse 4 since I recently got my Annette to +10 from random pulls, depending on how her refine shapes up. Adding a rearmed unit to the end of every path was a smart choice, makes me glad I use them for skill duplication since I can refresh their fodders with a new merge...
I wish it was Alfred instead of Ingrid, the fodder is 100% worse but I need that qiang and it would be nice not to have to pull for it lmao Going to get arcane void, then will probs just snipe lower levels for good fodder. Not really in need of any of the other arcane weapons aside from that.
there's too much for me to pick from right now lol, i have too many ongoing projects, so i'm going to take my time with these and see what skills come next! Thanks for this very helpful breakdown!
Man this year's divine codes are insane, I wished we got one more Ploy unit in some other path, but overall I am pleasantly surprised with the batch. I will definitely go for the 3H/Engange + GBA path first, but of course it depends on the units I want to build. Once again thank you for your video and the detailed breakdowns you do!
...WOW. I would not have expected for them to give Rearmed units like. Definitely a nice surprise though. Does make me afraid of the powercreep we might get in the future. lol Thanks for the guide PM1!
Thank you so much PM1 for this divine codes guide I really appreciate it! :D 💖 also really love how they added summer ivy as a manual since being honest I was hoping I get her from tickets from anniversary special banner for my spring Veronica since it would help me so much in arena so having here is such a win lol so I'm definitely going with engage/three houses path first thank you! 😸💖
This year’s codes are insane. I want to go through all of the routes especially for the rearmed options. I usually horde the codes, but might be a different story this year
What I think a lot of analysis on rearmed manuals fails to say is that if you don't actually have that rearmed unit in your barracks to duplicate skills with the manual, the rearmed manuals at 2000 are fairly skippable. Rearmed Ingrid for example, her innate GB4 is available much earlier with Juno at 800 codes. Therefore, what is the strongest path really depends on what units you have in your barracks. Other than arguably Guidance4 on Tana and Ploy 4 on Sonya (the only Infantry rearmed on this batch, mind you), the rest start off as easily skippable if you don't have the base unit, and go into godlike fodder territory once you have the unit and feed it some skills. It's very clever that they both managed to give us some insanely good stuff for free while also incentivizing us to spend those orbs.
17:13 Not PM1 using the two Blue units I had +10'd and were pretty much the reason I tried to get two Rearmed Reinhardts in the recommended builds. (only got one and the idea of going on that route just to get one more copy isn't very appealing when the others have more value)
Comparing this to the codes we have had last year is night and day. The codes we had last year were arguably not even good at the time of release, and I still havent taken stuff from the paths because the fodder is simply sub par. This year's codes paths are SO much better and at the very least the end path can lead to a fodder factory, so the paths will always have some value.
Goddamn these codes are stacked. Also this video taught me that Inigo's weapon is the same effect as petalfall. I had no idea and I wanted petalfall for one of my units but now I have my 2 Inigo and forgot which unit it was😂
This might be the fastest turnaround from banner unit to manual, because I'm pretty sure some of these (Reinhardt, Tina, NY Kvasir) were JUST on a banner a while ago What an insane selection of fodder; I personally can't wait to get No Quarter from Dimitri to give to my Brave Marth, and I can get the entire Prime skill line while I'm at it
Damn, I saved up some orbs to pull for some units to get most of this fodder only for them to release it in divine codes. IS gets me every time by the hook. 🎣
The Rearned units being here is hype but them disappearing if you don't have the unit already makes it really hard for me personally to go for them except for Ingrid who I have, but I also still have a copy waiting to use AND I can get Ashnard GB4 from Juno. Really scary! Too much good stuff. My fav units are definitely going to be eating well
I wished they had added W!Yunaka, B!Gullveig and R!Plumeria, but hey, still grateful. Hopefully Yunaka comes back soon when I have orbs haha. Here I'll prioritize the last path, loved to see Kvasir there!! We appreciate the video!!
I was looking at that NY!Kvasir thinking "oh this is a really juicy manual" then realised that I can't get her full kit all at once and was sad. Then found out Severa is coming out for free meaning I can get Kvasir's full kit for free, and I'm thinking of Tanya having her full kit. Might sound weird, but she has adaptive damage so Res is a good stat to lower, and the rest is obvious.
Probably going to go for the Arcane Void Path first. There's a Sothe merge and good fodder in there for specific units I want Flare and Void. While the other paths have good fodder, I have no idea who I want to give them all to.
Honestly, I think I'm gonna forgo most of the 2000 Toilet Paper manuals and concentrate on getting more of the cheaper manuals instead. Rearmed heroes get re-ran so often anyway and I am not gonna use any of the available as a skill bank either. Plus, I already pulled for most of these rearmeds at least once anyway if I wanted to build up a unit with their weapons and I am not planning to build more than one unit per arcane weapon anyway, so their fodder is really not worth that much to me.
Pretty good value overall, nice to see the step up for this year's manuals. I managed to get around 20K codes for the 4th year, if I keep this up, hopefully I'll get 3 complete lines (probably going for GBA, tellius and switch)
To be honest, I think PM1 should stress the disclaimer at the beginning more. I can say for sure that three months later probably somewhere someone on reddit would be regretting foddering a rearmed manual directly to a hero instead of the more optimal approach.
It's too bad that by the time we're able to max all 6 of these (or at least by the time I am), we'll be in Divine Codes 6... I'm not even sure where to begin. If I had to force a minor complaint, I do wish there were some more duel skills. They may not be good, but they are still needed for older units to score high in arena. I am just missing C Duel Cav for my Elise and the duel skills only on seasonals. Hopefully they put the rest in the limited manuals.
wait so I just wanna double check on something. so if I get a arcane unit from the divine codes, I can merge them with my arcane unit that I already used my arcane inheritance on it, and it will refresh my arcane inheritance for my initial arcane unit and i can use arcane inheritance for that OG arcane unit again??
@@Pheonixmaster1 omg i had no idea! I accidently made a few of my duplicate arcane units into combat manuals a few months ago so i thought i screwed myself
For my new ace team of Legendary Azura, Brave Male Robin, Legendary Camilla, and Legendary Edelgard (who has got Assault Troop). Which skill do you think would be better for Legendary Azura? Guidance 4 or Soaring Guidance?
@@Pheonixmaster1 Thanks! I was sort of leaning more towards Soaring too since Edie might not get the chance to use the benefits as much compared to Camilla.
I need a reminder. If I get the manual of a rearmed unit that I already own like eg Lucina, what happened when I merged her to a dupe that no longer got her axe? Will she have the axe again or not (thus it's a waste merging if I don't get the axe to fodder again)?
Do you have any blue mages that could use Arcane Euphoria? Or Ploy? That's the main use you can get out of R!Plumeria. If you don't have good recipients right now then you could hold on to the extra copies for future use!
That's alright since it hasn't started the distribution so nobody has any of them right now! It starts next week. Divine Codes 5 is basically the "free" fodder you can get by using "Divine Codes" currency. This allows you get some rare skills with the combat manuals and you mostly collect Divine Codes by playing different game mode. Hope that helps! ^^
