I'm sorry to hear that, not having a system to run stuff just sucks ;-; Maybe there's mods that can help you graphically downgrade DL2? My older brother successfully got Skyrim and FO4 to run on an older laptop (iirc. It's been years since I saw that, but ik there's mods that can do this).

I know and feel your pain. However fsr 2.0 is in the game and it helps alot

im here to tell you i7-3770 and gtx 1050ti is enough for 60fps FSR expierience for almost all the time
