I don't think there's any issue with the device interfering with other devices on your network, but I would advise using a VPN if you can for the streaming services.
It's a bad sign when they offer a CAT backup app in case the other CAT apps don't work. Soooo, what does this box offer that the MUCH cheaper Roku, FireTV and ONN don't, other than letting you add, what seems to be any android app you'd like regardless of the content type?
There isn't a lot of information about the CAT streaming apps. The Digibox info talks about their streaming partners only using licenced downloads but I couldn't find any info elsewhere.
@@BytesNBits My advice to you is to take this video offline. I can guarantee you that this service is not legal in the UK, the EU or the US. The streams they offer are not intended for viewing by (non-subscribed) consumers or are restreamed using box farms (imagine a flat full of Sky boxes, each tuned to a different channel, and their output converted back into a stream). The US channels you've shown are paid cable channels that are not available for free or to be included with a sub that's offered outside the US. Top Gun Maverick is a Paramount+ exclusive in most of the world (and Sky, SkyShowtime or Netflix exclusives in other parts of the world). In the UK, you can be sentenced up to 10 years in prison or fined up to £50,000 if caught using illegal streaming services. In the UK, Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit (PIPCU) is currently running a rather large crackdown operation on several distributers and they will come after their customers if they get their hands on a customer list. RU-vid won't let me post links, but if you Google for PIPCU and chroniclelive you'll find an article about this, including a source for the jail time and fine I mentioned above.
