Area: Full court.
Number of players: 8 + 2 Goalkeepers.
Duration: 4 to 6 minutes’ sets.
Description:
- Goals to be turned around to face baseline and placed at the 10 metres spot
Description:
- Two teams of four players each
- A pivot positioned behind the goal and other three players roaming the playing area
- Teams face each other aiming to score goals in the opponent's goal
- Pivots must create passing lines for players and when they receive the pass they can finish with one or two touches on the ball
- Goalkeepers must have their backs to the game
