Working as an assistant Nurse in a big Hospital in japan has five different task. First assistant nurse is in charge at First Nursing station, Second assistant nurse is in charge at second nursing station, free work which im going to discuss on this video, care work and late shft work. Working as a FREE work is snother type of duty of an assistant it is another toxix or tiring work because of continous instruction that you need to do. Getting medicines, bringing laboratory sample in different floors.To transfer patients in different departments and bringing them back to their rooms and many many more. Sometimes when you go home, You will suffer for legs pain and pelvic pain because of always standing and walking... walking fast raher. hehehe! But as a Filipina Im always find ways to enjoy my work, like having a therapeutic communication with our patients when we moved them to a different departments for examinations. And enjoying seeing and greeting my other co workers in a different departments weather He or she is a doctor, nurse,medical technologist, pharmacist, guard personnel, linen staff, clecks and cleaners. Im always happy to have friendly communication with my co workers. Plus grabbing the chance to do exercises when no one is around inside the elevator or in front of the elevator while waiting for the elevator to come. Even though I'm so busy on this job Im still finding ways to do exercises to get fit and healthy.And Thanks God for bringing me to this hospital with many supportive, kind and generous co workers and so blessed to have a chance to work in this beautiful and respectable Hospital in Yokohama. thank You for watching, happy to share this experiences on my You tube Channel.
