This "Neutrality/Worksheet" video was originally published on my The Power of Neutrality® channel. For new YUEN Method students, neutrality basics are spoken of - but often not taught directly - in YUEN Method. Strengthening weaknesses "even out" the energy (charge) of more things - so something new can manifest.
It's paradoxical.. but rather than having INTENT or FOCUS - to illicit change - often spoken of in many practices; it's exactly the OPPOSITE (evenness, WIDELY scattering focus/energy) that energizes MORE states - MORE choices / experiences - so something new can manifest / change in the next moment.
Feel free to share my channel content with current YUEN Method practitioners, those interested in YUEN Method or other energy workers looking to add these simple tools to their quivers - leading to new insights and deeper clearings.
