Subscription requirement alone would keep me from buying this. Hopefully companies will realize when consumers buy products they don't want a leash or anker attached to the purchase.

I ordered a pink but didn't find your channel til just now and ordered the bike lastnight but now I'm nervous since many are saying they have horrible customer service and a poor made bike. ugh!!
Unfortunately, this bike is trash. I bought it in August and it arrived with a broken usb-c cable. After a back and forth with their customer service and two months later, I haven’t received an actual replacement, but one wrong cable and an adapter for the wrong cable which doesn’t even power the monitor anymore and now I can’t even use the bike. Clearly cheap parts as now the flywheel and chains are squeaking horribly as I attempted to at least get my money’s worth while I waited for cables they didn’t expedite. The worst purchase i’ve ever made. Biggest headache. Don’t buy from Freebeat.
I got the same problem. Bad bad quality, never got good solution. Wait soooooo long. About one month, still hold the bad quality products in my home. Definitely return it.
Bad after service. Quality problem when I received it. And it takes about a month, but I am still waiting for the customer to solve the problem. Bad quality for a product more than $1000. Disappointed!!!!!
