How do you reset the date stamp and when connected to another for talking why can’t you play your music every time you try it try’s to connect to chat meaning you either have to have your phone out or re set the device after every time you connect to someone

I just bought FreeConn R1Plus last week. I play around with the setting a bit on the GoPlus Cam App. I somehow changed the WiFi password and ....silly me, I forgot the WiFi Password. Now, I have no access in using the GoPlus Cam App. I can only download the video file by manually, pulling the micro sd card and get the video from there. I was wondering if you guys know how to make a Factory Reset for this device? would you care to share how to do it, appreciate it much of your assistance 🙏 Note: I have tried doing a reset by push the reset button switch located next to the memory card slot, but apparently this is not a factory reset action. I want to do a full factory reset so than I can gain access back to my FreddConn R1plus device.

Can it share music with passenger or at least does it let me listen to music while talking with my passenger? If it mutes or turns a bit down the music while talking, it's not a problem, but most of intercoms need to be manually switched between talking and music which is ridiculous...
