Julie, I love the idea of a "safe space".... thank you ! I appreciate the history lessons, the religion topics, the current events, the "odd" topic.... all of it. I do agree with shortening the podcast as I want to listen daily but sometimes I just can't get it in....the intelligent conversation + SEAN !!

I agree with your statement on recognizing that one’s opinion is not written in stone and can change over time. We all can be less rigid with our own opinions and the opinions of others. Topics like this should begin in high school, not to mention, a return to Civics Education as required curriculum. I would like to occasionally hear from the audience on the call line. I enjoy hearing from the variety of guests, and just about anything on your mind, i.e., news, history, culture, entertainment, personal, etc. While I know you put in the hard work for a great show, I do not think you “overdo it.” In fact, I think your tone, mood, delivery and content are pitch-perfect and appreciate your hard work. The shorter one hour format is about right. ❤

I like the variety in topics. It is inspiring to follow you on your quest for knowledge, truth, wisdom and beauty. I particularly enjoyed your pieces on Bernini and Giotto and many of the interviews. There is a good cadence to the show (not too fast nor too slow) with the occasional input from Sean. I am not sure if it needs to be shortened too much though. Thanks for your work.

As someone who waddled the road, Julie. Being morbidly obese. Being seated puts a lot of strain on the hips and the spine. Shaun(Sean?) Is is too young to have severe issues. He knows it, you know it. For me, I had to learn to swim. By the time I got myself sorted, the damage to my vertebrae was irreversible. However, I know what to do to avoid aggravating the issue.
