In this freehand balayage tutorial my goal is to add some depth, add some brightness and improve the tone. At Peyton's last appointment, we focused on removing dark, old color which was really stubborn!
I have chosen to use a freehand balayage technique as I still have all my fine lines from her previous traditional balayage appointment that will come up nicely with a fresh toner.
