These lawyers are amazing! They fight with so much empathy and compassion; yes, they really stand out. I'm so happy they get the wrongfully convicted out. It's a shame, really horrible, that these innocent people do not get compensated depending on the state! How in the world is that a justice system? Wrongfully convicted and even after they're treated like their life means nothing. It's insane! ❤❤❤❤❤❤

@@rafael1979ify really ? I didn’t watch all of it but there has to be a way around that , he may need to go to the Supreme Court or something or file a civil lawsuit which he will win !! updated - so they are passing a bill to rectify that as we speak ! This man will get compensated, it will take time until the bill is passed as they are doing so now but even if they didn’t he would absolutely be able to get compensated via a civil suit

I can't help but feel for the wrongfully convicted. Not only are they locked up and unable to live their lives but there is someone out there, living the life the wrongfully convicted had taken away... yet another victim... Let it sink in, not only was this man locked up for 34 years but the person that trapped and killed that girl was living life (and doing good knows what else) for 34 years or longer if still not caught. And it's just another reason why I'm glad Australia doesn't have the death penalty. Imagine if he'd been found innocent AFTER death??

I cannot imagine what Mr. Fogle went through mentally knowing he did not commit this crime. It sure seems that the police just want convictions, not the truth.

The fact that the people who convict on shoddy evidence is q crime. The blinkers they wear destroy so many lives. He shiuld be compensated fir 34 years of loss of wages at the very least, they never admitted to their crime of miscarriage of justice. R.I.P to the victims who never got justice

How despicable, that this innocent man, was not compensated for the theft of his life. Surely that has to change, otherwise, it simply encourages these kinds of abuses of the legal system, and will continue to result in miscarriages of justice, because there are simply no consequences for those who perpetrate such things upon the innocent, for whatever sick reason they choose to do so.

There is no empathy or compassion for the victims of evil. Who shall speak or exact vengeance on the offenders who should have been caught repeatedly stabbed and dismembered by the victims family

Quite possibly the worst case of 'miscarriage of justice' that I've heard .. I hopeless has adjusted to the life of a free man and an innocent man. I just can't get my head around the fact that he spent 35 years behind bars and doesn't get any kind of compensation, that in itself is beyond logical. The Innocence Project truly are Angels 😇.. Respect from 🇬🇧

I was attacked years back and I remember telling the police I didn't want to try and make an image because I didn't feel confident enough. I ended up doing it but I must have driven the poor man crazy, saying "no quite, no, a little more, little less" etc, on every detail - I was more worried about someone being hassled who hadn't done it. (He was caught, it was the right person and he was worse than I knew. Thankfully, it worked out)

Truely disgracfull that the state wrongfuly took 34yrs from this gentle soul and don't compesate so that he has to sell his paintings on the side of the road to try make a crust. 😢

The only reason the justice department admit they were wrong in his case is because there was no financial downside for them clearly. With Pennsylvania not being financially reliable for wrongly convicted when in any other state they would have fought that until the end, never admitting any wrongdoing. It's all about the city having to pay out the millions when they get it wrong so they just never admit they were wrong, it's easier to just keep them in there and not let them out.... It's about dollar signs who cares about one dude right?? 😕
