After using the Nike Flight ball several times, I can safely say that it is not knuckleball resistant; however, it is a strange ball. Compared to any Adidas match-balls, the Nike Flight is considerably heavier and harder to the surface. I wouldn't say that is a good or bad thing, it's just different. Shooting curves or driven shots with the ball feels really nice and super consistent. Where the ball differs from any other ball I've used, is when it is knuckled. For some reason when I hit the ball with little or no spin, it seems as if the ball loses power? Maybe it's an optical illusion or something, but the ball seems to slow down when it is knuckled. With that being said, I actually like the ball quite a bit. I love the design, and it's satisfying to use, due to how rewarding it is.
