@@beanieweenie9543 - A head should be standard equipment on a boat this size and price. You're out at sea for 6-8 hrs often. It's goofy they don't come with a head.
@@OMGWTFLOLSMH it’s always optional some people opt not to have one. If you have never had one and have to unclog it or clean one that some one clogged up and was to embarrassed to say so after 10 to 12 hours on a 100 degree day then you would know why people opt not get them. I run the exact same boat. I am out for 36 to 48 hours at a time. A five gallon bucket accomplish the exact same a head does. They can be far more trouble than they are worth, I speak from 20 years of experience.

I don't understand why Freeman has videos like this other than to make people like myself who will never be able to afford one jealous. It's a Freeman, at this point they sell themselves. If you can afford one, you'll go on the waiting list to get one. It's really that simple. If you've ever had the experience to ride one in tough conditions, you'll know why people want them. If you have the money to get one, you're not on RU-vid watching this, you're on one for a sea trial.
They all can come with a head in them. Every boat is custom built, which means an individual made all the choices on that boat. They are not a production boat company. If you want a head… get some fine bitches on the boat. They aren’t in short supply when you have a 42 freeman
that boat is for fishing if you need a shitter buy a cruiser and dont try to argue theres other boats like them for fishing non provide the stability or speed that freemans do
@@matthew_borserini They ride like shit, they look like shit, and they are just a low quality boat. I used to own one and after a few years the center console became detached from the deck and the t top was the only thing hanging it on. I also had to once cut into the hull only to discover they had not properly cleaned the debris from the manufacturer out of the hull. Just low quality.
I think their market is high end charter companies and wealthy anglers. It ain’t for the average guy for sure. I do like the stability of cats over a monohull.
Honestly the idea of having a boat of this price point without a toilet seems to miss it on many levels! Look I’m all for a pure fishing machine but I don’t give a crap what kind of fishing you do, everyone wants and needs creature comforts Moses in with their fishing rig and when you break into this price point that’s when the creature Comforts become essential! But Freeman is going to do their thing without me ever buying one so More Power to you. But if you want to last and not be replaced you better make a model With plenty creature comforts! Just the idea that a boat load of fisherman have to use bean bags for the ride to the fishing grounds is ludicrous you can do that on a boat a tenth of the price! Add seating that can be stored away add a head and shower!
These aren’t production boats. What you are seeing is a boat that an individual custom built. You can get whatever you want. The Line-X team in Sarasota has a 42 freeman with two sleeping cabins and a head in it. The sleeping quarters are heated and cooled with an onboard generator. The sky is the limit when you have the best riding boat in the ocean. Plus you can’t make a claim like that. Freeman has a 4 year build wait if you want a 42. They aren’t going anywhere lol. Not ever heard of businesses knowing whether they will flop or not in 5 years of being in business?
Wow all the comments about not having a head on a boat that the customer didn't order one on. Serious fishing machines are deserved and if all you can do is complain about not having a head it's probably not a boat for you. I'm sure Bayliner will compensate you with a head if needed.
Christopher Furr Most of the people complaining about a head aren’t people that could put a boat like that to good use. None of them have a clue or they would know you can get a head put on it. But they would rather be ignorant and criticize, as opposed to educating themselves about what they offer.
THE HEAD IS AN OPTION...this owner chose to use a portable head...others choose to put a hard plumbed head in...this is a CUSTOM boat . It can be set up how you want...if your in the market for a cookie cutter 25 seat go to dinner with the family boat,move on...this boat does on thing, fish..and with a 36 month wait they must be doing something right...
you can get a crapper but i never use it on the boat. they never smell the same after one use and sticking your head in that little room after its been done once is a sure fire way to hurl.
