Although they play together in a lesbian series, they are 100% straight. It is unpleasant for them to touch each other, it is unpleasant to come close to each other (disgust is read on their faces), there is no chemistry between them. There is 100 times more romance and tenderness in k-pop groups than between these two.
I agree they may be straight and are not romantic with each other in real life. But I don't think they are uncomfortable with each other at all. They seem to be really really good friends.
