Good Day Jaroslav, I ran the command at linux console prompt: fwconsole unlock va745mog7otbfelp1kooginem0 but got command not found message.

Try running: which fwconsole It should show you the absolute path to the file. Then run the binary with absolute path included, like this: /usr/bin/fwconsole

You don't even demonstrate how to reset FreePBX14 password. You ssh into it with your password.

Root console password and WebUI admin password are 2 different things. If you need to reset root password, google "reset root password linux", not FreePBX. I hope this will help you out.
