NFS hot pursuit has this and you can actually drop spike strips, use EMPs, call in road blocks and even call in helicopters that will drop spike strips too.

Play Drag 'n Fly, the game idea Mac came up with? You do a drag race at Airfeild 73 and you do the jump at the end. You have to press the brake & e-brake in mid-air. Farthest car wins.

You can try an "Infected" mode. Restricted area. One player is infected at start, whoever is touched is also infected. Last remaining not infected wins.
