Take Nothing But Memories, Leave Nothing But Footprints. Only had a couple days but trained at Fort Dade , Sarasota Parkour Facility with Josh Hill, and the Beach. Exploring a new place like Fort Dade and learning the history behind it was incredibly fun and I respect the spot even if you see it as "running around". Hope you enjoy the video though, there will be another video from Florida. This was a year ago and I have already gone back.
