It almost sounds like he actually believes the guy wasn't in on it and just made a bad decision or something. they did that to me. i was sleeping in my car. and that pissed them off even though its not illegal. so they woke me up and started fucking with me and said i was driving drunk. when i got annoyed and said i wasn't driving drunk, it pissed them off and they wrestled me down, beat me up, drug me around by my handcuffs, making my wrists swell. they charged me with resisting arrest and driving drunk. they even came to court lying
