They really do look good

It flys great for a scale jet it’s definitely not as slow as the avanti but still a great plane it would definitely be a good one to transition to flying scale with.

That depends do you need safe? If yes the 90mm viper. But if you are willing to add an AR637T and program it you could have safe in the L-39. So then it comes down to if you want a military scale plane or a kinda real sport jet model

I probably will get one eventually but I already have so many planes currently in the pipes just have to keep watching to see what’s next

I don’t make anything on the Motionrc links but it’s all good I do it more for the love of the hobby you will love the L-39 on batteries this airplane excepts almost any 6s you can stuff in it and has one of the best light packages you will se on a foam jet I’ve had two of these now and always enjoy flying them.

@@MerryBoozerRC thanks! I have both Admiral 4000 and Gens Ace 5500. my plan was to start with the 4k and see how it does and move up to the heavy pack.

@@MerryBoozerRC thanks! is there a mark on the underside of the plane that you use for CG?

Not on this model but the instructions will have it in the book only on the new FW models are they marking it in the foam T-33 and AL37 have them but not L-39

@@MerryBoozerRC 10 flights holy smokes bud your just pounding those batteries into it I just finished my uh 12 pr 14th past weekend and i had it since the 2 week it came our which is back in early june but I tend to fly a bunch of other airplanes and the l39 it's my baby my star of the show. Won me an award for best electric jet at jet rally edf and turbine event

Heck yes you know me I fly the crap out of my planes be looking for second videos of all these wonderful planes.

Sure I just got it and I love it but I only have one so first flight was on the carbon and she flew great got 3:30 on it but I definitely think I’m settling my timer for 4 minutes with this pack. The battery is holding up great and doesn’t even get hot. It’s definitely not to heavy in the l-39 I’m actually planning on flying my 6000 in it now. Sr if we can do 5 minutes! Will definitely be filming more on it in the future

Merry Boozer RC Thanks Wes ,, I do appreciate the feedback man. I’m one of them guys with nobody around me for information and purchased two of these Carbons. Kinda in a way it’s ok not to have other pilots around. Because I dumped 2EDF’s last week and would of been really ashamed if anyone witnessed that .. LOL.. Thank you Wesley for your feedback.

@@MikeRemvidas crashing a plane is actually much better with friends there to help you laugh it off. Crashing by yourself is way worse, because there is nothing there except you, a transmitter, a wrecked plane, and feelings of anger and shame. The more the merrier!

@@MerryBoozerRC Hi Mate. How did you go with the 6000? I just bought one these birds and I’m thinking of getting the Gens Ace 6000 to go in it.

They are similar but different both make great first advanced airplanes definitely not first RC planes but if you are good at flying warbird you will be able to fly these planes there just faster

Is the l39 is not stable as my avanti?

Melvin Rivera it’s similar but no not the same flying experience the Avanti was designed to fly as good as possible where the l-39 is a real plane so it flys extremely well but nothing is as stable as the avanti

@@MerryBoozerRC there are two mixes you can program that allows you to trim the elevator while flying with the takeoff and landing flaps. Have you seen it? I put it in all my planes. No more guess the elevator setting, take off, test the flaps, then land to make the elevator adjustment and repeat.

Merry Boozer RC create a mix with your flap switch as the switch that activates the mix. Set the switch to take off flaps and highlight the #1 box under that switch. Set both rates to +50%. Then mix LT “left trim” to elevator. Then back out and set up another mix. Pick the flap switch again as the trigger. Flip the flap switch to landing flaps, highlight the #2 box under the switch. Set rates to 50%, then mix RT “right trim” to elevator. Then as you fly, flip the flap switch to take off flaps and see what the plane does. If you need down elevator, then push up on the Left Trim until it flys level. If you turn the flaps off the elevator goes back to normal setting. Then set the flaps to Landing Flaps and see what the plane does. If you need up elevator for level flight then pull down the Right Trim until the plane flys level. Again once you go back to zero flaps the elevator automatically goes back to its original trim for level flight without flaps. After this mix is programmed, obviously bench test this first.
